To answer why I (and probably many others) like TV, moments like 26:18 and 28:22 are what I think a lot of people miss with the character. TV has, BY FAR, the best potential for visual and audio gags in the entire show, and the writers completely underutilize the character. He has the potential to be the best, but hasn't been used properly, so we vote to hopefully give him that chance (or at least I do, anyways.)
