For that price pt. there should be some electrical outlets in the pantry and two dishwashers, bathrooms should have a bidet toilet combo, wet bar could have a small dishwasher and refrigerator and a second floor laundry rm. Your videos give a very good information on the homes
Considering there are a lot of rich celebrities that live in the area do you think that may be why the cost of land and building homes of any size are sky high.
The more houses I see, the more I realize that "modern" is not my thing. The foyer made me think of going to a dentist. I do love the showers in this house though. Open windows make me uncomfortable, so this house would be intolerable for me. It is beautiful, and I love the wood.
See I love modern and to me this missed the mark of modern. The reclaimed barn wood with the rest of it attempting to be modern was a shot out of left field. Modern + Reclaimed? That doesn’t make sense you know?
I’d double size that island, put more counters & cabinets along that left wall, relocate the fridge at the end of said cabinets and move the light switches to right side of the entrance to the kitchen. Automatic smoke colored blinds for the front windows, which likely will be down most of the time and floor-to-ceiling draped on the side windows to add height exaggeration to the living-dining room area, since the ceiling are a tad lower than I’d like. Rectangle 8-seater table with a matching shaped light fixture in the middle to break up the living-kitchen space. EDIT: Instead of three sets of garden doors, I’d replace them with telescopic sliding glass doors.
I didn’t sense warm and cozy in a lot of the areas….. especially the second floor. Master suite is very nice. For such a big great room I’m shocked at the lack of kitchen cabinets and counter space; the pantry is nice though. Obviously, not my style! Lol
I love the spacious open concept of the home, love the hardwood floors and wood trims throughout the home but on the real, I see a lot of upgrades that need to be made to the home, kitchen, fireplace, bathroom decor, light fixtures, tiles, and so on. I have to agree with many other commenters on this home, At 4 million there are too many upgrades that need to be made at this price point
I know Nashville is booming, but I just don’t see $4 mil worth of house here. Maybe $2 mil. But I understand that with RE, as with most other things, it’s worth what someone’s willing to pay. Still a nice house though.
I think for the price is missing a nice outdoor patio with an outdoor kitchen. It is well thought, love the pantry, master bed bathroom and master closed.

One medium sized club chair and a side table would do. The kitchen 😍 and pantry would be a dream for me (until I hit the Powerball 😉) .

I love the interior and exterior to a degree❣️For the exterior is make those side porches go out at least two to three more feet, and for the interior I’d like to down size it to a three bed and bathroom and two half baths❣️Also I’d want to have at least a half size basement, on a hill and a patio exit from the basement and I would have a movie theater, and at other end or before the theater I’d have kind of like a root cellar for all kinds of canned goods, maybe homemade medicinal medicines, and anything that stores well for a while, and then with the other side of the basement maybe an in-law suite if it’s big enough❣️ You and your lovely wife and children are just as precious as y’all can be, and I wanted to thank you 🙏🏻 for taking us away from the worries and cares of the ABSOLUTE MADNESS that seems to be happening in the WORLD 🌎 currently, and I’m sure there are way more that feel the same way I do and are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL & APPRECIATIVE❣️ And FINALLY, lol 😝 may our ONE TRUE LIVING GOD BLESS 🤲🏻 you and your BEAUTIFUL FAMILY, and ALL you who read this whole message, cuz I am often a bit windy❣️lol 😅
That’s an amazing house. Would definitely love the master suite. I would prefer a sitting area to an office, but that’s probably debatable. The windows were amazing.
I absolutely love everything about this home, except for the windows & gas stove. I really like the hard wood flooring through out this place. I love how big the bedrooms are even with the WICs, as well as barn walls & ceiling. I wouldn't change hardly a thing about this place.
Some good things in it but overall a bust for me. All those windows at night become black holes. You see nothing looking out at night without the whole grounds flooded with light. People can see in easily. Not my idea of comfy. Stark and sterile. On display like animals in a zoo cage.
This is a beautiful home, Thank you for the tour. However I would have appreciated a tour of the whole home that includes the garage and walk around the property from outside. I feel like there is a lot missed as far as the covered walkways. After all the outside of the home is what catches the eye and makes you want to see the inside.

When you showed the roof line, all I could think about was how those flat roof areas are going to get absolutely destroyed by the weight of snow being dumped down that Nordic roof. Must be somewhere further south for them to not have considered the practical reasons for having such a steep pitch, right??

What is with all these modern mansions having multicar garages then having tiny single car garage doors? I hate single car garage doors on anything other than a workshop or a toy garage (bikes, atvs, kayaks..)

This is a typical barndominum design. For 4mill with no view and basic cabinets, tile and everything you see in a typical house is way over priced. It is UA-cam and every social media that is ruining the values of these homes. It is giving some builder big heads and egos to say my basic stuff is worth a lot more.
