the flash runs at mach 68 at the end of season 5 so ye he is WAY FASTER
Quicksilver at his maximum speed runs at mach 42

No, you are probably the one who only watches the tv show..
The Flash normaly became the flash in 2020 but because in the series the reverse flash went back in time and lost the majority of his powers he built the particle accelarator in 2014 to not wait so much.

Fun fact: zoom is the spowest speedster. He is slower than the fastest man(usain bolt) so he runs around 12 m/s or more or less. Zoom is a normal human
