Why is everyone just talking about Mudryk's speed? Cant anyone see his amazing ball control? His ability to switch directions at full pace, ability to come to a complete stop while at full speed is top notch too. He keeps the ball close and doesnt do anything to fancy but makes every touch seem sublime.

@@Dannyvan14 chelsea can actually buy him if they wanted to. athletico only made him extend his contract so that if chelsea wanted him, they'd have to pay more to buy him. felix wasn't on the best terms with the athletico coach anyway so a move to chelsea would be good for him since he's already shown his talent on his debut.

It depends on what the team needs. Mudryk is a fast and excellent winger, who has proved himself worthy of destroying any defense. Felix is a box to box player, he has the needed skills for a finish.

(b) But there is a control to his pace, he speeds up and slows down depending upon situations while never losing control of the ball. This is prime Hazard
I'd still say Mudryk is a Bale type of player rather than Hazard. Hazard was more gifted, he dribbled like God and his finishing was very underrated.
But even if Mudryk ends being 50% of what Prime Bale did, then Chelsea have a genuine world beater.

Well,Mudryck is great signing by Chelsea considering that Chelsea mainly play defensive football.He's good for counter attack because his speed will make him unstoppable.While Felix may have been more skillfull,I think(my personal opinion),him signing for Chelsea isn't the best decision for him.We are not going to be able to see his true potential because of Chelsea's defensive strategy.In conclusion,Felix is perfect for an attacking team like Arsenal,Man City,Dortmund etc etc

He doesn't look that fast to me, if you analyse the clips, most of the players around him are either static, barely moving, or very slow. I think that league makes him look faster than he actually is.
In the Premier League his speed will just look normal, as most players have pace to be playing at that level.

How much inconsistent Felix might have been, he still has played at the highest level in a top league. Mudryk is not even tested at the highest level yet. A couple of group stage matches in the UCL so far won't cut it. For Mudryk, especially with the transfer fee involved, either it will be a Hit or a Miss. Only time will tell.
One of them ucl appearances where he shone was against Real Madrid you dont get a much higher level then them.

Mudryk is quicker and also has technical ability, whilst Felix lacks top level pace but is technically better. Mudryk is the type of player who'd fit into most teams as having that level of pace and skill will set him apart at the highest level, whilst Felix can be exceptional but it has to be in system that works for him. Felix is arguably more versatile though, as he can arguably play in another of the attacking positions (striker, CAM, LW or RW), as well as arguably as a number 8 in midfield.

He is better than Myrdyk.
When he wants, he can change the game.

As an American Arsenal fan, I prefer Felix more but that's a lot of money. Would rather take Mudryk if it means we can go after Declan Rice in the summer. I know Chelsea would be the favorite for him but playing in Euro is important plus he wants to stay in London.

plot twist, Joao is being brought in for depth for Saka and not for the striking position, he decides to then stay like Odegaard, and Balogun comes in again to be the third striker. if we continue to have this balanced distribution of goals, i genuinely think this might be Teta's thinking, dont buy a LCM, convert ESR into that position because of his neat control and ball carrying abilities and goal scoring prowess, and you throw the kitchen sink at Declan Rice and a LCB next season

Mudryk is a murderer, he have the pace the skill to nutmeg players and past them. While Felix is able to play in tight angles situation to create a chance or goals. The only difference is the pace that Mudrik have but they do have alot of similarities...if we can have them in our attack, it will be a nightmare for epl defenders
