Loved your breakdown of the Adidas shoes! You really nailed the details without making it a snooze fest. Definitely leaning towards the Pro 3 now, but your take on both made choosing way easier. Keep those reviews coming, Stelvio!
Thank you so much Mihai for your kind comment and support :-)
Sempre ottime le tue analisi, complimenti.
Grazieeeee
Have both, Boston for daily, and will use the Pro 3 for half and full marathons or longer runs.
Very nice 👌
Let's maintain our connection! Continue sharing your epic shoes review and comparison posts, and make sure to stay safe~
Thanks will do, and I hope it helps! Thanks for watching!
Nice head to head Stelvio 👍 Sounds like the Adios Pro 3 came out on top 🏃♂ Nice footage of you running by the way 😀
Thank you Martin, yes definitely AP3 is the shoe to pick in this head to head. Durable and versatile, really good value for money. Thank you so much for watching and for your kind comment
Thanks for rev.! I love my 11evens, even done may 10k race in 40min two days ago...but, i would like to try Takumi Sens, have you worn them??
Well done indeed 💪 yes, I ran with the Takumi Sen, but they are not a good fit for my running technique, I pronate a bit and they accentuate it, therefore I can use it only for short distances. So less stable than the Boston because it is narrow, but very responsive, you can find a video review in the channel for more details
@@runningwithstelvio Thanks, am i the only one who use Boston 11 for racing...its realy responsive shoe, but 12 is still in my closet for try-out in real life :)
@@dusandojcinovic8105 I liked the 11 more than the 12, because more responsive: It is not a super light shoe but of course you could use it for racing
hi Stelvio! tks for your review. what is about size of AP3? is it true size? B12 us9 turned out much bigger than B11 the same size but B12 us 8,5 too stiff.
Hi Oleg, the AP3 is true to size and a great shoe which I highly recommend. Yes the B12 is not true to size and I'm not a big fan of it: Thanks for watching!
I like the underfoot feel of the Boston 12 but the upper is too roomy. Can not get a good fit and lockdown. If I understand it right the upper on thr Adios pro 3 is a bit snugger fitting?
Is the stability similar?
Yes definitely the Pro 3 has a better upper, snugger fitting and in terms of stability is ok as well because it is wide
@@runningwithstelvio Thank you Stelvio. Perhaps should try the Adios pro. Do not consider myself fast enough for a "super shoe". But cannot get the Boston 12 upper to work for me, although I like the midsole quite much.
@@atlasthegracious No problem, I see your point, but I found the AP3 good also for training at average speed, even if I suggest to use it more for racing
Gueste scarpe rosse mi piaciano complimenti
Grazieee, sono molto belle ma anche molto comode e performanti 😊👍
If money is not problem then do yourself a favour and get pro 3 - and use it for training and racing- durability here is not the issue!!!
If you plan to get both it is waste of money imo - boston 12 is worst version of pro 3
Everything boston 12 can do - pro 3 can do way better and do more, and biston feel like brick comparing to pro 3
I totally agree, thanks for watching and commenting!
One is a training shoe the other is a racing shoe that can be a better training shoe than the training shoe. 😆 pro 3 all day long.
Yes it is so versatile that it can be used for everything, and it is also durable, amazing shoe!
I run in pro 3 for nearly everything who cares 😂 do use skyward x for easy plodding stuff though.
before you start talking about Adidas Pro tell me what your marathon time is???
Hello Filippo, Marathon 2h58min, HM 1h20min. You can find my Strava account in the comments, you can also checks the training's paces etc.
@@runningwithstelvio with all due respect, but running a 2.58 marathon, you are not using the potential of these shoes. I ran my Marathon in adidas pro in 3.21 and it was a total mistake wearing these shoes. In Boston 12 I ran a marathon less than 2 months later and got a time of 3.18. Adidas pro is definitely too strong a shoe for me. Here you have to keep the pace definitely below 4min/km and only then these shoes start working
@@runningwithstelvio another thing, I've barely run 850 km since the new year and you want to tell me that you run a marathon in 2.58🤔🤔🤔
@@runningwithstelvio looking at your training, I see that you don't have any training plan. you just run. sometimes faster sometimes slower. How did you manage to run a marathon in 2.58
If you go back you will see that there were specific trainings. Of course I have a training plan for the marathon, but not all my trainings are in Strava, but at least they give you an idea of my pace. Actually I have a different opinion about the Adios pro, I already can feel the difference even for my pace and I really appreciate it. But everyone has different experiences
