Would hate to see SJ part ways with Musty, but he fits the ask. In terms of value it would be an upgrade for SJ - 1st/2nd line winger vs 1st line D-man. Hoping that GMMG can somehow find a way to trade a Mukhamadullin or Bystedt and a 2025 2nd or 2026+ 1st rounder though - he's had the magic touch so far
That would be a sever over payment from the sharks. Our first rounders for this year and next are most likely top 10. I’d say a second and a high end prospect should be enough. He’s an intriguing piece but we’re still in a rebuild so we shouldn’t be giving up too much at this point.
@@ponyboy9765 I wouldn't give up a first at all. It's not worth giving up that shot at Mckenna if the next season went to hell. Even if they gave up this years first it would be a mistake given this years top 10(especially top 5!) is more talented than last years top ten by a distance.
Would love to see the Sharks get him, but I think they need to stick to their guns. If the asking price is too high it might be smarter to just let him go elsewhere. Too many teams try to get out of their rebuild too fast and end up right in the mushy middle.
Remember when the shark had to trade Charlie Coyle for Brent Burns. It’s tough to say but we might have to give up Quentin Musty for David Jiricek. We should be able to draft Porter Martone in the draft anyway
Jiricek for 2025 top 10 protected first and Noah Ostlund. You’ve got Konsta Helenius in the rafters to take Ostlunds future role. Both are unproven players but Jiricek has the higher potential and Buffalo should try to swing the bat because a high end RHD is one of the only things they don’t have on the team or prospect pool. Just imagine Power or Dahlin with a competent left hander.
Don't think the Sharks need him. Jiricek, for a reasonable price, would be great for the team, and we obviously want him, but our glaring weakness is the right defense, not the left. Dickinson and Mukhamadullin are good, and I wouldn't potentially overpay to adress an issue that isn't there.
Did this dude just call Aaron Kivijarju mobile ??? 😭

To this point I trust Grier with my life 😅 hes made some great moves

Musty will not be traded

The Canucks really need a top 4 D.
Yea obviously

I want porter over any other prospect in this draft 👍 I don’t know if we will be able to get em but I hope

I agree.
Let's Go Buffalo!!
Philly makes sense, they have lots of picks and prospects and surplus guys
Jirikcek for Drew O'Connor, Jesse Puljujarvi, Noel Acciari, Sam Poulin, and a 2nd or 3rd. Take em' all CBJ.
Tristan Jarry for Elvis Merzlikins.
Buffalo has one of the top prospect pools....
Sabres could make this trade if they want too.
Bye Rossi and Hunt! I think Jircek would fit perfectly with Faber as part of there 5 year plan.
I think Nashville is one of the teams a guy like tanner molendyk could work
Shakir and a second for Jiricek or maybe bysedt and a second for jiricek
What are the stars on Jiricek
he's going to pittsburgh

Uh, he is right defense.
Jiricek is a RHD lmao
Unproven and not worth more than a high draft pick. Or a player of equal inexperience and possible upside
I don’t think Jiricek can help an NHL team “right now” I know CBJ has a great D corps but this kid needs to be sent to the AHL and let develop
I so hope Sabres dont trade for him at all. Unproven dude can't crack the jackets line-up
Jiricek for Jokiharu, Levi and Rosen
😅😅😅 no wayyyyyyy. He can't crack the jackets' lineup.
@@Sabres1970lolz 🤡
And levi with jokiharju are garbage
@michalzezula957 3 pieces for an unproven defensemen. No thanks , especially Levi in any trade is insane
Jericik to San Jose for Wil Smith. Booked in writing ✍️
Naaaaah
That would be a big overpay from the Sharks. Jiricek's stock is down from where he was drafted.
WIL Smith will provide Columbus with offensive skill 👌
SJ would say no
Def no chance of that lmao
