I’m lucky I’ve never had to repair any of the bits I’ve made…..so far You did a great job, especially with the makeshift bundle of stuff to balance bits together, that’s a bit of me 😂 I’m pretty new to the world of prop making (few videos on my channel) but it’s been great to learn from skilled people like yourself! Quick question about the glue gun , you mentioned you used the industrial strength glue, but what exactly (materials) is that best for sticking together? I use mostly natural fibres/ materials and looking for the best ‘one glue fits all’ solution!
Hmmm sadly there isn’t really a great glue that does it all I usually carry between 6-12 different types of glue because they all do different things. Hot glue is great on things that aren’t heat sensitive but it’s better when it’s a glue gun that takes thicker sticks of glue.
