I ask cause I sought one and it's been so helpful. I see such a big difference at work, and I even get compliments and I've been asked to speak more in presentations. I didn't know I needed one or that it was an option until I recorded myself (therapist exercise) and immediately caught how I spoke as if everything was a question. I was mortified lol.
