I love how your games just find more and more boxes! I'm thinking of doing something similar at the local shopoing centre in school holidays to advertise my larger room in my garage for now
Puzzles I have currently planned... m&m candy tree ornament that you can open and leave a clue inside; giant candy cane stick with a symbol drawn on it, a nearby cloth Xmas gift ribbon is nearby with same symbol and has letters written on its length. When you wrap the ribbon down the candy stick, secret message can be read. Inside Advent calendar are different clues. Most are red Herrings... Unless you correctly choose the correct date (penalty for randomly guessing dates. There's is a clue pointing out this out to avoid people chasing down wrong paths. Inside snowman's corn cob pipe is secret message. Have homemade bath bombs that are white. When placed in water, they dissolve and reveal clue (placed inside a plastic tiny toy egg to protect it from bath bomb and water
I like to reset all locks to all zeros or whatever is closet to A on word locks, so I know I have reset it and I can tell people at the start of their game that all zeros is the location where they need to put the code they discover.
I'm setting up for my Xmas murder mystery puzzle hunt in a few weeks... Always looking for ideas for holiday themed puzzles, so thanks for posting. If you're interested in mine, I might be able to share the LARP character sheets with you. I find coming up with the puzzles is the hardest aspect, so if you come upon with clues or puzzles, it'd help me out as well
You inspire me! Loved watching this video. I've got to put together an "escape game" for my sister and her family this year and I now have lots of ideas. I also like to see how it all goes together so I can bring some sort of organization to my thought process. I live in WV and we don't have any sort of "traveling" escape games around here. Just curious what kind of prices do you charge for games like this. I'd love to start something like that around here. BTW loved the "red cabbage" experiment. I went right out and bought a head of red cabbage to try. It worked great and I will be using it soon.
So glad this video was helpful! And that the red cabbage experiment worked! 😁 If you wanna talk about prices and specifics, you can contact me directly on my website! www.fisherhuntz.com
With the St Patricks Day puzzle, I thought that the answer to that one is the number 5 or the letter S, wouldn't have linked it to the directional lock. Also, a question about that same puzzle: what are the 2 icons between the crow and the horseshoe (on the top row)? I know I have to use them by looking at the symbols that I do know (for good or bad luck) What I find nice as well, is that you use Down the Wrabbit Hole for inspiration. I found her channel before I found yours (also for the DIY escape room part).
Thanks for watching! At this point in the game, there aren't a lot of locks available, so although you can also get the 5 or S from the St Patrick's puzzle, that wouldn't open any lock. So eventually the players try directions! The two symbols you asked for are a sign of a person walking under a ladder (bad luck) and a broken mirror (bad luck). Yes, Marti from Down the Wrabbit Hole is a friend of mine! She makes great puzzles and we love sharing ideas. 😁
I know those symbols, I was talking about the symbols **between** them, not below. (I meant "Top row, middle 2 icons": they look like a fluffy bottle keychain and tweezers) Keep sharing them between eachother! (or maybe even a video where you work together to create one. I know you 2 and some other people solved a few digital escape rooms together, but I want to see what happens when you all team up and make one 😛)
Ah! Sorry about that. Yes those are a rabbits foot and wishbone. Both good luck! And that's a great idea! We'll have to find a way to work together on a game for UA-cam sometime. It can be hard since we live far from each other but I'll see what we can do! 😁

I love your spin box. Thanks for sharing this awesome escape game

Love these ideas! I might have to use the bath bomb trick!
The only thing you dont link to in your description is that funky hasp that holds 2 licks???

Where could we find the tutorial for the ouija Board to build?
ua-cam.com/video/TuQiqK0f5t8/v-deo.html and start around the 13 minute mark. Marti does a great job making puzzles and UA-cam videos!
@@FisherHuntz thanks! I did build my own ouiji board now!!
Would like info on reaching you to create an escape room for me!
Great! I'd love to help you with making a custom escape room! You can set up a consultation with me here: www.buymeacoffee.com/FisherHuntz/
