It was long time I have not looked into myself ...... I thinks I lost myself in outside world and now it looking so strange but peaceful to look intoy soul and to listen to it ...... I wanna enjoy myself ..because I think that my soul is little more pure than the people around me....I lost my belief in persons who act as my well wishers ...🙁🙁

SIMPLY WONDERFUL LECTURE SERIES .... PRANAM AND THANK YOU SWAMIJI !
    आहार शुद्धौ सत्त्व शुद्धिः
    सत्त्व शुद्धौ ध्रुवा स्मृतिः
    स्मृति लम्भे सर्व ग्रन्थीनां
    विप्र मोक्षः [Chandogya Upanishad 7.26.2]
    "Ahara suddhau sattva-suddhih
    Sattva-suddhau dhruva smrtihi dhruva
    smrti-lambhe sarva-granthinam
    vipra-moksah"
    Swami Mahamedhanandaji explains :
"From purity of food comes purity of mind; (food taken in through all the senses) from purity of mind comes a steady memory of truth. One is thus able to remain at a higher level of consciousness. And when one gets the steady memory one becomes free from all knots in the heart."
Our retention capacity, our capacity to understand, and the power of intuition in us & the intuitive linking of ideas, …. everything becomes strong when the mind becomes pure. A PURE MIND IS A CALM MIND, AND IT IS IN THE CALM MIND THAT I CAN SEE THINGS AS THEY ARE. When the mind is agitated, I cannot perceive a thing clearly (i.e. people, situations or things). If I want to see the deeper connection between things which is very necessary for a research scholar, my mind should be calm. Usually I see what I want to see.

mind functions as a recorder and projector.
    1. be aware of what food you take(through all senses).
    2. ward off the company of people with loose character. And be in a good company(of people with noble thoughts or those who are struggling to be good). Read good literature and have discussions of good ideas only.
    3. AHIMSA - non violence.......don't have ill feelings (anger, hatred, lust) towards others.
    4. Take charge of the projector......To break the negative imaginations use some alternative like vedic chanting, geeta chanting, mantra chanting, or some physical exercise .........
    5. Then have a positive projection. .......Take up a highest ideal and all your imaginations and actions should be according to that.Anything that is against your ideal just ward it off.
    6. Pray good for others....pray for peace and wisdom.
    7. Control your tongue-
    a] what you eat
b]what you speak.......don't waste your energy unwantedly
