- Today we will drive for approximately 30 minutes from Pucon to Caburgua in southern Chile in the Araucania region.
The trip starts in Pucon, located 780 km. south of Santiago. It is located on the eastern shore of the Villarrica lake at the foot of the Villarrica volcano.
Pucón (in mapudungun: entrance to the mountain range) is a city and commune of the Province of Cautín, belonging to the Araucanía Region, located in the south of Chile.
The city of Pucón is located on the eastern shore of Lake Villarrica, 70 km from the border with Argentina through the Mamuil Malal Pass, 100 km southeast of Temuco and 780 km from the capital Santiago. It stands out for being the most important lake resort of Chile, with a great seasonal activity in the summer season. It is known as the "Chilean capital of adventure tourism".
In its surroundings it has a variety of tourist attractions that complement its beaches on the lake, such as hot springs, ski resorts and national parks, among others. The rural area has the attraction of snow-capped volcanic cones, forests of fagáceas and conifers, and a great number of torrential rivers, some of which have waterfalls, cascades and rapids. Added to all this is the great variety of wild flora and fauna that make an ideal complement for national and foreign tourists.

Caburgua is located 23 km northwest of Pucon, on the southeast shore of Lake Caburgua in the Araucania region. The Huerquehue National Park is located to the west of the lake.

Muchas gracias por tu comentario. La razon es simple, fue mi primer video y fue el nacimiento y lo que genero el deseo de hacer videos de altisima calidad. Mas adelante lo renovaré por uno en 4k. Le tengo mucho cariño a ese video porque gracias a que “no me resulto la calidad” fue que tome la decision de comprar equipamiento adecuado. Un abrazo 🤗
