सिर बहुत बहुत बधाई, सर मैं बात कर रहा हूं premature retirement की, सर जुलाई 2014 से पहले वालो को OROP मिल गया और जनवरी 2016 वालो को pay कमीशन , सर जुलाई 2014 से जनवरी 2016 के बीच वालो का कुछ नही हुआ हमारी पेंशन दोनो से कम रह गई , सर OROP दिसंबर 2015 तक लागू होना चाहिए premature retirement के लिए सर इस बारे में जरूर कोई वीडियो बनाईए की कुछ हो सकता है क्या इस gap के जवान कोर्ट का रास्ता अपना सकते हैं,please सर जवाब जरूर देना

If category of Subedar is not included in the OROP the effected personnel would be free to knock the door of Honourable Supreme Court. Secondly, the left out categories have served the nation with full of devotion.

Sur ji "Sub" Rank क्यों छोड़ दिया है। हर बार "Sub" Rank को Neglect ही करते हैं पता नही क्यों। पहले OROP में भी केवल 268/_ का ही benefit दिया था।

Sir, as per Koshiar Committee Reports, mainly the OROP benefits should be entitled for JCO/OR because they're compelled discharged from service age below 45 years. Whereas the Officers normally discharged from service after completion of age 55 and above with full pensionery benefits. As such, the OROP benefits should be entitled in favour of JCOs/OR and not Officers. Unfortunately, 95% revision of OROP benefits goes to Officers and 5% given to PBOR. It is the Big injustice against our Brave Jawan in India 😭😭😭😭Hence, the Modi ji government in Central should be scrutinized the matter immediately and a merciful justice on OROP may please be given to PBOR at the earliest 🙏🙏🙏

In first OROP letter dated 07 Nov 2015.. it was written that OROP will be given to PMR upto 07 Nov 2015 but now Govt says that PMR upto 01 Jul 14 are eligible for OROP.....

the Sub Major is actually Subedar only ,, as the equivalent rank in air force ie Warrant officer gets the same basic of 33000 rs . They didn't showed Sub Maj , Lt n Capt . Probably they might exclude them .
Where the rank of Master Warrant officer in Air Force. MWO is Equivalent rank of Sub Major. Subedar service is 30 yrs only, but MWO & Sub Major is 32,33,34yrsin last. So how subedar is Equivalent to SM.
