Do not buy fancy things until basic things like water is available....otherwise, will end up facing huge maintenance...in some cases, no water even if u r ready to pay more
I have checked with sales. They said they don’t claim anything on paper about source of water. Right now they have 5 borewells (back of things😅, will be using for construction partially) and possession time society has to apply for more borewells (11-12) and then you can get the water. I am also having this concern only. 2400 flats and no surety on water then it could be like Sobha’s on project only near varthur, water scarcity and fully dependent on tankers.
I feel like, its worthless to go for any buy in bengaluru.. Thinking to wait untill govt comes with any concrete plan and action on ground to resolve water issue.. Its also useless to talk to any broker also, as per them water issue is temprorary ..
Reality is no clarity for the water source. No metro station nearby, IT hub is also far away, railway station is also far away. Rent yield will also be negligible. 2400 nos units will be there and will be crowded. For this outskirt property this price is not justified. Customer assistance and response will be zero as other properties from Godrej is having same issue. Commercial+residential properties will never be ok. Just one thing is impressive about this property is juliet balcony😅. I don’t know why people are purchasing these kind of over valued properties at outskirt areas. Last year same property was at 65 lacs for 2bHK and now its 1.25crore. Carpet area is also lesser than 65% of super builtup area. No proper foyer also in most of the flats. It is not even A khata property i guess.

It comes with "massive" price as well.
what is water supply arrangement?
Tankers
Dependent on rain 😂
@@BlingKing321 I don't think they have approval for borewell. It's fully dependent on tankers .
