I tied a piece of para cord to my loop and through my belt loop on my pants. Keeps the belt stable while I pull the other end, to tighten the adjustment. Works great!!!,

I've had my classic duty belt for a little while now and and I'm liking it. I only wish that the width was shaved down about an 1/8 of an inch or so to accommodate different belt loops and that the tapers were more rounded to prevent snagging when threading through the belt loops. Other than that, I'm liking it.
Just received mine today. I am a larger guy so I opted to buy a second inner belt a size bigger. I just tied a homemade Paracord lanyard to the loop on the inner belt. I am able to cinch it down great. I will be redoing mine as I put my weapon holster on my male buckle side. I am currently using a responder vest by Safelife but will be switching to a MOLLE uniform carrier by Safelife. I am tired of having my radio on my gut. I do plan on only having my tazer, firearm and radio on my belt when finished. Cuffs mags and light will be on my gut instead. One question; I use duty suspenders and have them on my new outer belt. Do you have any experience with a keeper less system and suspension? I can't find anything useful on the subject. The Velcro contact is amazing though it is brand new. My first shift is tonight so I will see if any strange issues arise from the change.
Just bought the belt a week ago started trying it out yesterday. Is there a video on how to assemble or setup the gear on this belt? That would be very helpful.
I'm likely going Teklok as well because it is easy to understand their set up, also pretty much most custom gun holsters use their attachments. Get their TMMS large kit to attach to Teklok which goes on your Pistol holster and also AR15 Mag holsters. Get the TMMS small kit for your Pistol Mag holsters.
Just received my tactical belt from safe life defense, "M". I noticed the hook on the inside of the outer belt missed the stitching on one side for about 4 sections, there's two other lines of stitching going through the hook portion, I guess my concern is that it may lose it's hold over time. Just wondering if it's something I should address before the 30 day return policy.
See I guess I set my up wrong, maybe. I have the holster on the male side, I'm right handed too, I already attached mag carriers and othere items that were a pain. My idea was to be able to swap out holsters if need be without removing all the pouches. Now I see I may have set it incorrectly and now seeing the safariland QLS I may have to reset it up. Thoughts?
Thinking of getting the standard one. Can I get by without the molle or should get the one with molle. All I have is a holster and mag pouches. I’ll get more gear later on

I have my holster on the male side also. This allows me to run my magazines at 11 o'clock on the female side.

I wear between a size 34 and 35 waist pant which size tactical belt would be best? I do not want a lot of xtra material sticking out.
