Hi Jim, Is there a way to add a second phone to my 2018 Taurus SEL sync system when my daughter drives it without deleting my primary phone? Actually, I think we solved it. I didn't know the up and down buttons provided a menu. When I scrolled down after watching your video, I saw where it said "Add a phone." That helped us figure the rest out, so thank you very much.
Got a new phone months ago that I've been trying to re-sync with no luck. It was driving me crazy. Watched this video and had it synced in five minutes. Thanks Jim!
100% helped me out thank God for this video I had it set when I left the dealer and was screwing around trying to figure the tech out and couldn't get it back to sync now I'm enjoying my pair device through my speakers thanks to you
I had everything set up bluetooth worked good. One day here recently I unpaired it because it stopped playing through the speakers well I finally got it re synced but it's not playing through speakers and it is connected on my phone but on screen it just keeps saying connecting on car any help please
I got a quick question! So I drive 12 ford focus, and it’d connect to my iphone and play music with Bluetooth media system, but when I make a phone call or even when I hit sync services (Sync - Phone), my car stays silenced, I can’t hear anything. When I receive or make a phone call I always have to switch to a speaker. Is there any way to fix it? Thank you!
That doesn't sound right to me so I would do a master reset or do a software update. You can scroll through the Sync menu on your vehicle to find the master reset button and to get a software update go to http:syncmyride.com and register your vehicle. Once registered it will give you an option to upgrade the software, download it to a flash drive and upload it to the vehicle by putting the flash drive in the vehicle's USB port. You can also try to delete your phone and reinstall it. Hope this helps.
Thanks Jim, just got a 2012 Focus, deleted previous owner's 2 devices and now no option to Add Device. My phone bluetooth does not see the ford radio either, any ideas ? Thanks
@@BluesGuitarPlayer thank you so much Jim 👍 Unbelievably and eerily the radio became suddenly visibile WHILE WATCHING YOUR VIDEO 😂😂 i had restarted my phone just before, and after a few minutes I was able to see FORD in the BT options so I connected from my phone, will update the software anyway thank you for your help and informative video, thumbed and subbed👍👍👍
Thank you. I bought a used 2010 Ford Escape and I could not figure out how to sync my phone. The answer? Just like you said. Delete old devices. My iPhone is connected and works perfectly.
Hi Jim, I recently bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta SE. When I connect the phone to the usb it doesn't read anything. it doesn't read anything when connected to aux jack. it doesn't do anything when i press the voice command on the steering wheel. I can't find a master reset option in the menu. SYNC doesn't show up in my phones bluetooth options. If i connect the phone and press media or phone it goes quickly to the menu for that button and quickly reverts back to the radio. I currently have an update on a usb drive but when i put it in, it does nothing. Will pulling the fuse even work or should i just go pay a ford dealership $100 to tell me whats wrong? Because I really can't afford to do that.
Couple of things you could try. First take off the red or positive battery cable for 5 minutes and reattach to the battery. This will sometimes put the sync system in a default mode. The other fix is to upload an update from Ford's website. Go to syncmyride.com download the software update to a thumb or flash drive and upload the update to your Fiesta via the USB port in the vehicle. Hope it works out for you.
Jim Parisi thank you I will try the battery. I downloaded the update into a flash drive and when I insert it into the USB port nothing happens. I just took the fuse out so next is the battery. I’ll let you know.
@@BluesGuitarPlayer tried the battery last night. I'm thinking its the usb port. but that doesn't explain why SYNC doesn't show up on my bluetooth. unless it's because the update needs to be installed first. Which I can't do because the port won't read my flash drive.
Talked to one of my coworkers about your issue and he said you might have a bad module. I hope that's not the case because it is not a cheap fix. He has a Fiesta and his USB and other functions don't work either. He was told it needs a new module but decided to just drive it and not worry about not having Sync. A cheaper option might be to buy a new stereo that gives you Bluetooth capability.
Hello Jim, I have the same problem with Bluetooth. I noticed that the phone button that I pressed is not working, even though it is lit. Where is the problem and what should I do to make the phone button work and activate Bluetooth?
Hi Jim I have a 2011 Ford Flex that I’ve paired and unpaired many times successfully. Just last week I can no longer even perform a master reset. It is stuck in Bluetooth mode and, when selecting any button other than am/fm, the radio comes on. It indicates that Bluetooth is on but it does not function at all. Any ideas? Thanks!
You might try to upload a software update. It is fairly easy to do so. If you haven't registered your vehicle, you can do so at syncmyride.com and once registered you can download a software update to a flash drive and then upload it to your vehicle via the USB port. If that doesn't help you'll have to have a dealer check it out.
I simply checked the SYNC fuse position via manual, pulled it, waited a min, reinstalled it and boom, SYNC issue solved in less than 5 min. I didn’t need any resets for 2016 Ford Focus. Just another troubleshooting tip to avoid the dealership.
Jim Ima check you out. I bought a used 2014 Ford Escape and love the car having issues with Syncing my cell phone as the language is in spanish too. I don't understand but I'm going to see if your steps can help me override the language part. I'll let you know. Thanks.
So I a couple days ago I did a master reset as I've done before. But when trying to resync my phone it tells me device list is full and to delete a device. But when I go to the delete device screen it say no devices what do I do?
You stated that you have a base Focus which has the base Sync system. Unfortunately you need the Sync 3 system to download Android Auto or Apple Carplay and you need those aps to use Waze. If you do have the Sync 3 system make sure you have Waves as your default map system in your phone settings, otherwise it will just use Google maps.
on my 2015 ford focus se sedan it connects my phone but when i try to play music to doesnt play but when it does i hear nothin an it sometimes randomly disconnects the phone
It's strange that it is randomly disconnecting the phone, try doing a master reset and rebooting the system and then reinstalling sync. Sync allows music to be played via the USB port or aux input so make sure you've enabled BT audio.
I have a 2013 Ford flex is an S8 compatible with the system. ? I looked on the website and it looks like they no longer update the phones. But I was wondering since its just a blue tooth connection if it would work
Remove fuse 24 (on Bmax) from the glovebox fuse box. Start the car for 3 minutes. Stop the car. Install fuse. Start the car. Wait 3 minutes for SYNC to reinitialise.
tectorama there's absolutely no need to start the car or wait 3 minutes after you disconnected the fuse. Just plug it out and in again and there you go
ok so I did this before I watched this video and cleared the old, it wont fully connect I put the code in and then says on my phone which i've had paired before, says no media... and disconnects. how do I fix this?
If you already cleared out the old phones you may need to have the Sync software upgraded. I'm pretty sure it is a no cost procedure. Check with your local Ford dealer to make sure.
Okay so I got my phone to actually sync to the car. and I can dial out, I guess my problem is the media. it has troubles connecting my media and keeps disconnecting. and saying on my phone : Connected (no media) but I have music on my phone? and I guess ill have to contact them. should I try another phone/device to see if its the phone ?
Try this. Press the media button, go to menu, scroll to media source and select BT audio. Then press OK. Without knowing exactly what car you have it's hard to give you a specific fix but it may be your car is set up to USB audio and you want it to recognize Bluetooth. Hope this helps.
thanks yeah anything at this point helps because at this point my car cant play music I want. lol I have a 2016 ford fusion. Wont even let me use USB audio before because it says unsupported but weird thing about that ive used Bluetooth on this phone before lol!! so Its weird why it wont properly connect to my audio now!
Check out the software upgrade although you wouldn't think it would need one so soon with it being a 16. The good news for you is that Ford is upgrading the old system to Sync 3 sometime this year.
I found the video very good .. but still needed to press (Forget this device) then ( Delete this device) to remove old code.. then did what you said & then it went straight in to complete with 6 digit number pairing to iPhone & car Sync. happy days
Your video help to connect my iphone to the car, but when I ask it to call someone in my contacts, it always goes to the first person listed. Any suggestions?
I just bought a Ford transit connect 2015 and it has the Phone button, but when I press it, it shows on screen: Audio muted, and I cant figure out how to connect to my phone.
I linked a video above that shows you how to do a master reset of the system. It usually solves the problem but check in the description for some hacks that work too.
2016 Ford focus, master reset complete. prompted connect BT audio. I hit device, which brings up what devices are paired. which is none after the reset. "Add" in the bottom left corner is is not allowing me to press it via my dash arrows and "ok" any help would be greatly appreciated.
You might try to clear everything, shut off the vehicle and then restart it ( rebooting if you will) Is the Add button functioning properly when you use it for other commands?
Got a 2017 ST the other day and I can't get it to play from anything other than radio (possibly CD too, but haven't tried). Pressing the phone button with either does nothing at all or momentarily shows a "Sync is initializing" message when, on rare occasion and for whatever reason, a battery level and signal strength for a non-existent phone is shown at the top of the screen. Trying to access the sync settings and sync applications tabs on the menu, again, do nothing. So, I can't even do a master reset. My phone with slowly charge from either of the USB ports, but neither the car or my phone will recognize it being plugged into a data port. Trying to switch source to line in or BT audio will just take me back to the radio. Any ideas? Kinda pissing me off.
Sounds like the module is shot but try manually resetting the system. A couple of hacks that work are taking out the fuse that runs Sync and waiting a minute and reinstall it. The other is an actual Ford service bulletin. Take off both battery cables off and hold the ends together for 15 seconds and then wait 5 minutes and reattach. Hopefully that frees it up so you can go to the syncmyride.com website and get a free software update. Pretty simple to do and upload it to your vehicle through your USB port
I had connection problems with mine, which is a 2016 focus and the sync 2 I think. And I deleted my phone off, when I try to pair it, it says search for sync or your device or whatever, and it doesn’t even pop up on my Bluetooth at all on my phone
RIFT Designs I would look at your phone first and make sure your Bluetooth is on the discoverable mode. If it is then see if you have a button that allows you to search for Sync. If that doesn’t work you might try turning your phone off and rebooting it.
Hi .... so my phone was working fine ... but now I can make calls and the screen says the call is in progress but I can't hear the person I'm calling at all ... all other audio seems to be fine ... any ideas? Thank you
i cannot find the video whats so ever to help me with my MEDIA button on my 2016 ford fusion that wont let me connect to my blueooth i cant even get to master reset
Sometimes things just work out for us because I have a 16 Fusion in inventory right now. I shot you a video showing how to access the master reset as well as a rebooting of the Sync system. Please click on the link to view it. ua-cam.com/video/bRL3BkpzZjE/v-deo.html
Hi right this is great however it won't let me doing anything on sync media or any sync option only radio and dab etc even on menu nothing it was working OK I had synced my phone with a purchased car this weekend of which I've since returned (long story ) it worked fine when I got back into my old car as I'd rang my partner on the way back ....my phone did have 2x syncs on it showing ive since unpaired to clear it but car still not responding ill try the fuse thing again shortly fingers crossed
Having similar issues as other folks here Bluetooth will connect only to call audio but not media, can't seem to connect to music from phone, in the media menu I hit BT but it'll say "no active SYNC Source", I have a 2016 Ford fusion.
I talked to a couple of folks about your issue but wasn't able to get you an answer. It may be your phone isn't compatible with Sync in regards to music but just a guess. If I find out something I'll let you know.
@@BluesGuitarPlayer ok I appreciate it, I wonder if it needs a system upgrade, been seeing other comments and videos regarding that, I'm mean car is still under warranty, plus I rented a 2018 Ford focus a week and it seemed to pair just fine.
If you have your Fusion registered at Ford they provide a Sync update for older models. I had to update my 2010 Fusion when I first bought it. You download the upgrade to a flash drive and upload via your USB port. It was really easy and took like 15 minutes to install.
Registered car at Ford website, with VIN and everything, it says "your sync is up to date", so maybe like you mentioned, my phone is not compatible with SYNC, I have an LG, just think it's interesting that it did pair fine with the focus I rented a week ago, who knows.
When I press phone it just says mute. I read others that have the same problem where they might not have sync but why do I have a call button and answer and hang up button on my steering wheel?
I have a 2015 ford escape, mine will not work at all. I will hit sync, it says pairing failed. It does not give it a chance to even scan for it on my phone.
Mine is just telling me to type in the pin displayed, but it doesn’t display a pin and shortly after, it says “pairing failed” before I even press anything on my phone
I linked a video on how to do a master reset of the Sync system. Try that and if it doesn’t work scroll the comments for some hacks that others have used with success
Make sure your phones Bluetooth is in discoverable mode. If it is you might try a reboot or master reset. I put a link to a video I made showing how to do it above. If that doesn’t solve it take both battery cables off your battery, then hold the metal ends together for 10 seconds. Doing these can get rid of some issues and if that fix doesn’t work you are left with one final option. Go to Fords syncmyride.com and register your vehicle. Once registered you can search for a software update. Download it to a flash or thumb drive and then put that in the vehicles USB port and follow the prompts to upload it to the system. That’s what I had to do on my Fusion. So now that I have written a short novel please feel free to subscribe. Good luck and hope you get it working.
Constance Wallace Hard to say what the issue is because of the age the sync module might be bad but try to reboot the Sync system, I put a link on how to do it in the description above, and then try to update your system at syncmyride.com Register your Escape and then download a software update to a thumb drive and install it to your Escape via the USB port
The older version if it has always been a bit quirky and it will allow for multiple phones to be paired but it can also be an issue when adding a new phone. The new sync 3 is a much better system.
I get to all the steps except the PIN . I type the 6 digit pin on my Samsung and it just says connecting still . It stops saying connecting on my Samsung so I click again and it says "cant connect" it doesn't say "phone saved " ect
It could be a phone issue. Some older phones don't work with sync or you may need to do a master reset. I put a link to a video on how to do that in the description
My phone button dose not even work when pushed on? Can’t find even wi go on the system It use to work , don’t know what happened to it , It disappeared ,gone ?
Hey Jim, so I have a 2015 Ford Fusion and whenever I am listening to radio press the media button to listen to listen to my phone it goes to media but immediately goes back to playing the radio. This short video describes my problem perfectly ua-cam.com/video/q8AGrL1qfZM/v-deo.html // I have tried checking the fuses and they are all ok. I’ve tried disconnecting the battery and that didn’t do anything. Is there any way you can help me with this problem? Thank you!

@@TheBibleRevealed it was working a couple of days ago but I had a mechanic changed my evaporator core for ac, they had to remove the whole dashboard. Now my ac’s cooler but sync is nowhere to be found. Thanks though
Make sure your phone has its Bluetooth setting in discovery mode and if you are using a phone that is too old that can cause issues. If it isn’t a phone issue try doing a master reset or reboot. There’s a link to a video of how to do it in the description above.
I press the PHONE button, it won’t even give me options within that button. Nothing appears and when I press MEDIA it kicks me out. When I go into MENU and click SYNC-PHONE it won’t let me into that button. It just highlights and nothing happens. Please help.
@@BluesGuitarPlayer I looked at the video, and I wish I could follow along, but I can’t reboot because my system isn’t allowing me to go into the PHONE menu. I press the button and nothing happens. I can’t use any buttons that are related to phone and media.
@@jesskoningen0674 You may want to try some of these fixes before you go to the dealer. 1. Take off both battery cables from the battery, touch the ends that attach to the battery together for 15 seconds, wait a minute and reattach to battery. This is an actual TSB from Ford to reset the Sync system. 2. Do a software update at syncmyride.com I had to do this when I bought my 2010 Fusion. The vehicle was 7 years old when I bought it and hadn't been updated. Free to do and relatively easy. Once you are at the site register your vehicle by inputting the VIN number. You will then be able to download a software update to a thumb or flash drive. Take that same drive and upload it to your vehicle via the USB port. Then just follow prompts. 3. Take out the fuse that drives Sync and replace.
@@BluesGuitarPlayer Thank you for responding with more options. I will give these a go when we have better weather here, and I will inform you if there’s anything more I need assistance with.

@@BluesGuitarPlayer Thank you so much for responding. I'm not sure if my husband tried rebooting/resetting the system.. Yesterday we tried to update but no updates were available. We will try again at syncmyride.com.
@@BluesGuitarPlayer i tried the software update. After putting in the vin number, It says: "something went wrong on our end please try again later." We tried from 2 different computers.
@@BluesGuitarPlayer Thank you I'll try. If you have any other ideas, please let me know. I'd rather not have to buy another phone. It's too late to return this one.. Plus i really like it lol.
I'm not at the dealership now but I'll check it out for you tomorrow. In the meantime are you sure you have Sync. It wasn't a standard feature on all the Fiesta trim levels. If you do have it you'll see the Sync badging, it's usually by the gear shift. Assuming you do have it you should be able to access the phone by pressing the menu button.
The sync system is run by a module which is basically a computer running it and like your phone sometimes needs an upgrade or reboot. Try to do it yourself by watching the video I linked above. It should fix you up
Sometimes your phone isn’t in discovery mode. Make sure you have your phone setting correct and if so you might try a master reset. I linked a video I shot in how to do it above
Sorry but I retired couple of years ago and Ford now charges for software updates and upgrades which used to be free at syncmyride.com You could check it out but from prior comments everything has changed cost wise. They want you to go to the dealer for the software update. I linked a video on how to do a master reset above which will typically get Sync issues resolved but then you are most likely going to have to update it and that will cost you unless someone has put the download somewhere on the internet for free. Sorry can’t help you out.
What if the phone button does nothing so I can’t get to the menu that you show? When I push other buttons, they work. But the phone button does nothing.
You might not have Sync. It was an option on some models. All the phone button does is mute the radio. Do you have a badge or sticker that says Sync by Microsoft any place in the interior?
The Aux button is right below the phone button, you'll see it at the beginning of he video. Other Focus years had it at the bottom of the dash between the 12 volt inputs.
Sync was not a standard feature in the Fiesta and the phone button was used to mute the radio. You should have some Sync by Microsoft badging displayed if you have the Sync option.
Rachel Egan I haven’t encountered your issue but you can try a couple of things. You can try an software update at syncmyride.com You put the update on a thumb drive and upload it to your car via the USB port or disconnect the red or positive battery cable from your battery. It will cause the system to reboot but I don’t advise doing it if you have to pass any emissions testing as it causes codes that will need to be cleared by driving your vehicle.
That doesn't sound very good. Try doing a master reset and if that doesn't work there's a good chance the system needs a software upgrade. Your local dealer can do one but you should also be able to download one at Fords site syncmyride.com to a flash drive and then upload it do the vehicle via the USB port.
I have an Iphone not an Android but if you are able to make calls from your contact list sync captured it okay, not sure why it gives you the no data prompt. You might try deleting and reinstalling the phone or check with your local dealer to see if there's a software update that might fix the issue.
I solved it after my comment, the problem was that all of my contacts were stored on my SIM card, not on the phone. So I copied them to my phone, and now the car sees it. However, I still try to figure out the phone callings with voice recognition, in theory, we just have to say the name of the contact, and it calls him/her, but the car doesn't recognise any name. Even the very simple names.
Can I somehow upgrade it? Or should I bring it to service center? It has a USB connection, if it helps. Also, this 2009 Fiesta doesn't have Sync, at least it doesn't write it anywhere.
God Ford finds a way. Had my Focus ST for a week bought the warranty and still they are making me wait a month to fix my car...shit still doesn't work had the car for 2 months and my bluetooth has worked for maybe 3 weeks
Sorry you’re having some issues but you are not alone. Pretty temperamental system but hopefully we can get you synced up. First thing to do is a master reset on the system, I linked the video above. Sometimes you system won’t reset and you have to do it manually. A couple of hacks work most of the time but sometimes the module that runs sync is fried and then you are basically screwed so hopefully not the case. Once you do the master reset go to syncmyride.com to get a free software update, download it to a flash drive and install to your vehicle thru the USB port.
Couple of things that might make sense to look at. Not sure what year vehicle you have but on some models Sync was an option and all the phone button did was mute the stereo/radio. If you have the option it is run by a module or basically a computer which like all computers have times they don’t act right and need to be reset or rebooted. I linked a video I made on how to do a master reset. Please do that and then go to syncmyride.com and see if a software update is available. If so download it to a flash drive and then upload it via your USB port to your sync system. Sometimes your system won’t reset and needs to be manually reset. Look through the comments for some hacks that fix it in most cases.
Did you by chance click on the setting that says forget this device on your phone? If not maybe try deleting all the devices currently paired and do a master reset.

April Perkins You might have a bad USB port but just a guess. Has the system paired properly in the past and did the USB port as well?
Talked to one of my coworkers about your issue and he said you might have a bad module. I hope that's not the case because it is not a cheap fix. He has a Fiesta and his USB and other functions don't work either. He was told it needs a new module but decided to just drive it and not worry about not having Sync. A cheaper option might be to buy a new stereo that gives you Bluetooth capability.
Hello Jim, I have the same problem with Bluetooth. I noticed that the phone button that I pressed is not working, even though it is lit. Where is the problem and what should I do to make the phone button work and activate Bluetooth?
How can I perform a factory reset of the radio and recorder?
Look in my videos for one titled how to do a master reset
I thought something was wrong with the bluetooth, until I watched this video. Thank you!!!!
waundale Your welcome. Glad it helped.
Thank you so much finally got my new phone to sync
Your welcome. Glad it helped you out.
Hi Jim
I have a 2011 Ford Flex that I’ve paired and unpaired many times successfully.
Thanks.
Jaolani Consultants you can change the language in the settings menu
So I a couple days ago I did a master reset as I've done before. But when trying to resync my phone it tells me device list is full and to delete a device. But when I go to the delete device screen it say no devices what do I do?
I would try a couple of things. Try a reboot or system default and if you’re still having issues go to syncmyride.com and get a software update.
Thank u so much!! This is the only video that helped me!!
Dara Perry Glad it helped you out and please subscribe if you can.
I have a 2018 ford focus basic with the basic Sync, would you know why I can't get my Waze app to talk to my through the car,can you help?...
Same problem, has anyone fixed this?
@@sethspaner3438 I got a new car lmao

Remove fuse 24 (on Bmax) from the glovebox fuse box. Start the car for 3 minutes.
Stop the car.
Install fuse.
Start the car.
Wait 3 minutes for SYNC to reinitialise.
tectorama there's absolutely no need to start the car or wait 3 minutes after you disconnected the fuse. Just plug it out and in again and there you go
Is this the same in all Ford fusions? I have a 2016 that isn't working
ok so I did this before I watched this video and cleared the old, it wont fully connect I put the code in and then says on my phone which i've had paired before, says no media... and disconnects. how do I fix this?
Hope this helps.
thanks yeah anything at this point helps because at this point my car cant play music I want. lol
I have a 2016 ford fusion.

I just bought a Ford transit connect 2015 and it has the Phone button, but when I press it, it shows on screen: Audio muted, and I cant figure out how to connect to my phone.
look for a silver decal or badging that says Sync by Microsoft on it. If you don't see it you may not have sync. it was an option in earlier years.
I have a 2016 Ford Fiesta I already did all of those steps and I only connects sometimes. I have a hard time keeping the phone connected.
You should do a master reset on the system. I linked a video on how to do it in this videos description.
I did all that and for some reason no sounds comes on. But radio plays fine idk what to do can you help
I linked a video above that shows you how to do a master reset of the system. It usually solves the problem but check in the description for some hacks that work too.

2016 Ford focus, master reset complete. prompted connect BT audio. I hit device, which brings up what devices are paired. which is none after the reset. "Add" in the bottom left corner is is not allowing me to press it via my dash arrows and "ok"
any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm pretty sure you can download it yourself to a flash drive and then install it via the USB port.

@@BluesGuitarPlayer ok I appreciate it, I wonder if it needs a system upgrade, been seeing other comments and videos regarding that, I'm mean car is still under warranty, plus I rented a 2018 Ford focus a week and it seemed to pair just fine.

@@BluesGuitarPlayer ok thanks for that info 👍

I linked a video on how to do a master reset of the Sync system. Try that and if it doesn’t work scroll the comments for some hacks that others have used with success
So I’m doing everything you said to do but on my iPhone I can’t find sync anymore
That’s what I had to do on my Fusion.

why do you have the option to "add" mulitple devices if you have to delete the old one before another device is useable?? its so stupid

Sorry but I retired couple of years ago and Ford now charges for software updates and upgrades which used to be free at syncmyride.com You could check it out but from prior comments everything has changed cost wise. They want you to go to the dealer for the software update. That doesn't sound very good. Try doing a master reset and if that doesn't work there's a good chance the system needs a software upgrade. Your local dealer can do one but you should also be able to download one at Fords site syncmyride.com to a flash drive and then upload it do the vehicle via the USB port.
Not helpful I don’t even have the option to do any of this
My Fiesta (2009) only sees the last calls on my phone, but it gets "No data" for my phonebook. (Android 4.4)
Glad you got it fixed but I think you might need an upgrade on the software, it should recognize spoken names.
Can I somehow upgrade it? Or should I bring it to service center? It has a USB connection, if it helps.
Also, this 2009 Fiesta doesn't have Sync, at least it doesn't write it anywhere.
Thanks great video!

Thank you I found it
Cool!
Someone please tell me why the phone button itself doesn’t work. I can’t even get into all that. HELPPP😭😭
SYNC won’t come up on my phone. Whenever I try to connect it, it just doesn’t show anymore
I think you have a phone issue not a sync issue. Are other aps enabled in your bluetooth settings?
Jim Parisi idk how to edit my Bluetooth settings on my iPhone. Editing Bluetooth on it is kinda limited
Did you by chance click on the setting that says forget this device on your phone? If not maybe try deleting all the devices currently paired and do a master reset.
I believe I did but it's come back up before I think. Cause my SYNC would mess up at times. Is there any way I could return it?
Try deleting the phone from Sync and reinstall it afterward.
