Remember Luke Cage‘s synergy with The Champion. Helps to deal and keep up the debuffs.
I don’t know if some mention it but; it also help fight Sasquatch the debuff helps out. I just don’t know what’s the interaction hahaha. If anyone can comment on this

Luke Cage is amazing, not just for the subject of this video, but for the damage he can do with time and, after a special 2, he will pretty much turn off the enemy skills.

I did act 5 with rank 4 5 star Luke cage on my team and didn’t notice but is it normal that I’m dealing more damage with exhaustion
That's built Into his kit and not exclusive to Exhaustion. It's every Debuff on the opponent gives him more attack. So a mastery like Resonate will give you an extra debuff to bump your attack.
