@@MrJbellguitar Yes, on the freeform improv. I know there appear to be lots of variations of freeform... a lot of it gets "kind of out there" (at least to my ears) but I've personally always liked hearing really good players, like you, go somewhere between noodling and this freer form of ideas. I find the thought process really interesting when ideas develop in real time.
@Raildig Ive definitely done some but with freeform you have to be prepared for it not sounding good a lot of the time too! I’ll defo post something for you for sure as it’s an area im very much interested in, especially in DADGAD. Thanks for your comments!
