It probably works differently from state to state, but trees and property lines are tricky. Here, regardless of whose tree it is, if it falls over the property line, it becomes yours. Insurance companies call it "An Act of God". Even if it falls on your house or car.

They do have toxic sprays for plants...not good near fish etc tho. You could try the 'torch' method...ie get a flame attachment for a propane tank, and cook the grass/weeds....as long as you dont get too near the liner, should be fine I would think.

You mentioned about wishing there was a spray that gets rid of weeds but wont bother the pond. Wouldnt salt water work coz if it goes into the pond it would get diluted and you can do a quick water change

Lol. If you would watch. Those are the e tra supplies and tanks that I store to give out and help people with. They are only out because we had a new carport structure built. Now all that stuff can go back into storage and will be covered up by the new structure. Unless you want to come over here and rent me a storage area and help me load up every thing . If not then let us do our work. Stay fishy
We had to make our own fun we could have had fun with a pointy stick I hate that when people start going at each other or arguing makes me so uncomfortable wen you get to people arguing
That clump of roots right there go to the garage grab the pry bar a piece of rope tight to those route and then the other end tied to the pry bar and use the pry bar the lift up on those routes and it should pull him right out I was always told work smart not hard
