In this video I will show you how to make a normal usb control work for Blur( a new 2010 game) . You can play with up to four regular usb controls using the file below.
You can set your controls in the .ini file. All you need is the ini and the dll.

UPDATE: if the only file you get when you unzip the package is an .exe, just double click it to generate the .dll and .ini file. Also the files have been virus scanned and checked so if you antivirus is deleting the files just turn it off until you have finished setting it up. - Ігри

Found a way to activate the two players without lag.
1: open the player modification file as in the video.
2: Leave the first player and the second player, and erase the rest of the file.
3: Change the number of the first player to (0). And change the number of the second player to (1)
4: Copy all the data of the first player (except for the first line) and paste it into the second player.
5: Save the file and run the game.. It will work with you without lag and with the two players.

Thanks Man, but the controller does not vibrate while playing,
I tested it with properties menu, and it vibrates, also testet using your Test,
and it works, only while i am playing, no vibration detected.
I know that has been a long time, but if you still remeber any kind of solution,

i can get joypads working on this xinputtest file, edited vid and pid,
but blur doesnt react on joypads... Y works but not in blur...
i have twin usb joypads... can u help?

@masterkill95 please mate,im having the same problem as you,I managed to use my ps2 controller on single mode,but I want to use it on multiplayer split screen,so im use the controller,and the 2nd player should be using the keyboard,I know your comment was 5months ago,but have you managed to find a fix for this ? thanks
i got an problem at splitscreen,i mean when im playing i cant see PLAYER1's car i can move it and all stuff but i see PLAYER's 2 car on both screens how can i fix that?

Guys i found the solution on a forum:
you have to edit the ""settings.xml" document located at \Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\bizarre creations\blur -you can use notepad to do this.
You have to set multisample to 0. Note that you'll have to restart the game to reload the corrected xml doc. Also, if you change any of the graphics settings, the game may reset multisample to a nonzero number, requiring a re-edit.

thanks although it would be better if both controllers responded the same, player one accelarates using R1 while player two uses X button but the rest seem to be the same thanks man
