    The tip that guy gave regarding separating global KBs for generic how to guides and using processes for client specific is actually a really good idea.
    Mixing client specific information with generic information is about the biggest mistake I see companies make.
    Once you start going down that road, you end up with 55 radically different guides to add an AD user that will never be updated.

    so far I’m 16 minutes in and there’s a lot of good information. information that’s usable and that we can apply right away.
