FOR CARRIERS. not rooting. this phone, per Samsung, is on Metro PCS Lockdown. MPCS requested that feature removed and another build created It is not totally Samsung. LG has a free developer Site - IF your phone is available. No more Mid-Range Root Testing.

Only if phone is paid off works and it´s absurd you enable USB Debug, just use the Unlock App using WiFi and that´s it.
