Hey! Do you have a pickling recipe you recommend? I am a real novice but love pickled stuff like that!
I just use 1:1 vinegar to water (200ml each was enough to fill that jar) + a combination of salt and sugar, depends if you prefer them sweet or sour 😊
Focaccia looks like it didn't have enough gluten structure, maybe do more bowl turn and folds!
