Wow, what a tour. I've always wondered what those coastal communities looked like. I've never been to Portugal but am certainly considering a trip this year. Were there any Covid restrictions for entering the country?
Sorry to disappoint you, but I did not collect GPX data. The Birgelen (see link in video description) provide GPX data (for a small fee), but they cover only the leg from Sagres to Lisbon. And I think, for this part, GPX tracks are really not necessary and you can use their overall description. Best wishes HTH

After initial problems Portugal had a very good pandemic management. There are no restrictions at all in the tourism sector.
