Basically if you're data fails to load and you have a horrible device (little me on a amazon prime tablet), gacha life and maybe gacha club overrides your game and you cannot click or do anything while all your characters are "charactery". It can be fixed by simply closing and reopening the app ^^ Good old pre gacha club days...
