I first ran into this problem three years ago, and never found a solution, only a work around by either creating a new file and naming it with fxml extension, or by creating the file in scenebuilder and then moving it to my eclipse project folder. But this, this is the holy grail. I salute you, appreciate you, and am so thankful for this video. I am going to subscribe just to boost your channel, because you deserve it champ.

Funcionou, mas criou outro problema :(
depois de instalar os arquivos todos os projetos ficaram em vermelho, a minha IDE agora diz que "... cannot be resolved" ou "...cannot be resolved to a type" até mesmo para coisas básicas como o Sysout, ou atributos como String. Mas se eu rodas a aplicação ela funciona normalmente, mesmo apontando esse problema. Queria resolver : /
