Nowadays, you don't need to have any money to generate liquidity. Although this does attract scammers, yet not everyone that creates a token can afford 100 to 1000 BNB to add as liquidity, so they create a liquidity generating coin or a "Pre-sale" On one of the many sites offering this service.
I wonder if you can do the same thing. But create a stable coin instead. And have it backed by the Ethereum blockchain technology. If I were to do something like this I wouldn't create a meme coin.
