Welcome back bud!! Been checking everyday for your return 😁. I played Eve about 3 years ago for about a year and had to stop due to remote work constraints...and just never played again. This series of yours has absolutely peaked my interest to play Eve again. You are one of the easiest Eve streamers to follow man, your game knowledge and ability to explain shit understandably and comprehensively on a level for anyone is to be commended!! Addictive, entertaining, funny and just down to earth, love the series brother, keep it up!! Yes, 1 Tractor will only cause 16%, but you will never get 27 cans. At 83% it spawns the drone out of it, where you will be toast in the Thrasher in 3 seconds, so never go above 75%, using 2 will only get you 40% ish if they both cycle at same time, so have them cycling alternating. To get 27 cans you need 3 tractors BUT you need to cycle on and off the 3rd on watching Instability always, not to spawn the Surges. 8 Elite Drones, Cruiser, Destroyers, Frigates.

if you use multiple tractor beams you will get more stuff, but you will also likely go instable. at least from what I have seen. a thrasher full will likely set it off and you will have a mean fleet after you.

Glad your back. You want 3 - 4 tractor beams and keep the instability below 100%, when it reaches 100% it spawns a bunch of npc that you wont be able to tank in the thrasher. An MTU is usefull for pulling in the cans, not sure if that is an option for Bill. A site averages at a bit over 20 million if you get all 27 cans.

Good thing is that you will do so fast in the trasher if you use 8 tractors that it won't even matter how many containers you fished out :)

4:23 " Can it Thrasher ? " would actually be a great series
The first week of the Rifts, I tried to ignore them, but every other sig turned out to be one - so I bought a Tractor Beam BP (so much cheaper than buying finished ones); and went out with some in my hold - aaaaand they all disappeared, I scan down one per week now.
2 TBs is enough to get all the loot if you "fish" efficiently, 3 TBs, and it is easier to get everything, but it also gets you close to triggering hostiles; especially towards the end of the rift, when it gets more unstable, staggering activation seems to help both getting boxes to spawn, and reducing the instability levels; so I activate 1 TB per second.
Get too close to the rift (somewhere inside 7KM), ALSO triggers hostiles - and they hang around for ages, long after the Rift collapses; so dont warp to zero; just in case someone else opened it and triggered a wave of NPCs.
The cans are HUGE, but the contents take up almost no space; I take an MTU, to pull them in, and open them as the MTU gets them.
Loot, excluding contract stuff, from a full 27 cans, comes to about 32-37 million isk.
