- Master Degree Data Science program in Germany are in high demand. Many German universities offer MS programs in Data Science in English language. This video covers 10 Data Science master programs which are being offered by different universities in English language and these programs have no tuition fee. International applicants fulfilling certain requirements can get admission to these programs and can complete these courses without any tuition fee.
This video covers important features of MS Data Science programs, application process, admission requirements and deadlines.

Please don't search for a yes or no answer. No one can answer this without evaluating your complete academic profile. The requirements of all programs are explained in the video. Check if you fulfill these requirements and decide.

At the time of application i will have marsheets only till 6th semester nor I have the provisional degree. So should i wait and apply in the next year (but then gap will be established in studies) or is their any way that i can give them marsheets till 6th sem along with LORs , SOP , Ielts, 10th 12th marsheets and other requirements of university?
You can apply with transcripts of 7th semester and get a provisional certificate from your university. It is important that you have completed your bachelor degree before the start of master degree.
Can a mechanical engineer with one year experience in data science and ml apply in any of the university??

In TUM section, you mentioned students from specific countries have to give GRE. But as available on the TUM's website, students may produce a GATE score card also. Please guide me on this matter. And also how much GATE score is considered to be a safe for application.
Just qualified is enough , its just a cut off
You need under 1000 Rank in GATE for TUM. In addition to that, you need 8.5+ CGPA if you are from a non IIT, non NIT or not from Band a Engineering or Technical colleges of India.

There is no competition among courses. Each university has a different specialization. Please watch this video. It clarifies some misunderstandings about studying in Germany.

Hi... I need your help there. I'm thinking about coming to Germany for the Jan 22 intake and I want to pursue masters in either data science or artificial intelligence. Do they expect us to know any programming languages before starting the studies, or we can manage without learning any? Below is my profile :-
10th - 87%
12th - 71%
B.tech (electronics and telecommunication- graduated in 2016) - 2.64/4 CGPA (66% aggregate)
Experience - 4 years - Infosys limited (last post - senior systems engineer - Feb 2017 to Jan 2021)
Although my graduation percent is low, I've been told that my experience makes up for it to an extent.
IELTS - 8 bands (LRWS - 8.5, 8.5, 7, 7.5)

No, there is usually no admission fee in public universities.

You must fulfill the requirements of data science programs, which is not possible with civil engineering bachelor degree.

Relevant experience is always good to have. Unfortunately most of the universities consider only CGPA as a main factor for evaluation. Please check which courses require experience and apply for those as first priority. You can definitely apply for those also which do not require experience.
