Haha they are not genderbends. Her name is Veil, she works for Frollo. This was a show in tokio Disney named "Disney villains recruiting" with ten characters who worked for different villains :) you can search for it for more content of her!

Perfect for Pride Month. It's always a duel between Farja and Lady Veil for Lady Hook's attentions. I love all of the recruiters, but if anyone asks, I am rooting for the "pious and innocent lady" and the "worldly, fierce and cool pirate" to get together.
Speaking of Pride things, in my head canon, Dalmatia and Jack are in a gay relationship; Dalmatia is a male Dalmatian that displays a fair amount of androgyny in appearance and in actions, the same with Malfi... one/both might be gender fluid (?); Joe is an asexual octopus, so he's particularly annoyed/bored when a matter of heart is at stake; despite his mature persona flattering many a lady, Apple Poison is aroace, what with the poison apple making one desirable (in stasis) forever (no time for reaching romantic/sexual maturity).

Hahaha I can totally agree with seeing hock and veil together, they have so much chemistry. A quick hc of mine for Malfie is that he is aroace bc he can't be attracted to anyone who isn't himself lol
