- First trip to the Blue River in Oklahoma for the 2023-2024 Trout Season. Able to limit out with three Rainbow Trout. Also, caught and released a few others as well as caught a Bass aka Green Trout!
Caught the first trout using a Tandem Rig Olive Near Deere and Squirmy Worm variation. Remainder went for a Mop Fly! Did get hits on other fishing flies but it was the Mop Fly that did this round!

Nice video and appreciate you sharing the flies you used. So was the first spot you walked up to the Wilderness area? And then was the last spot in the video the C/R north highway 7 or was that down closer to the low water Hughes Crossing? Thanks again!
Thanks! First spot was the Wilderness Area. Last spot was just downriver from Hughes Crossing. I found my old Google Map snapshots from a previous video I posted. Will add them to the Community Tab.

Mainly to the Catch and Release area.
