People don't have to kill put it up for adoption there are people who love to have a child
It says not to punish the child. Giving a baby away is a form of punishment for the child because they have to adjust to a new environment and family. Usually adoption goes wrong in cases. They are still in essence punishing the child.
I personally faced this question when my life was in danger during a pregnancy. My doctor gave me some good advice. If I were to die before the point of viability, the child will die as well. When I reached the point of viability, she then stated that she was now treating 2 patients. During this pregnancy, I hemorrhaged several times and had multiple transfusions. At 25 weeks, I ran out of platelets and could have bled out. The decision to deliver was made. Again the only way that I could survive was to deliver. The only way the baby could survive was through delivery. It would be very dangerous for him. But we were blessed. Both of us survived. I have never been through anything as stressful and it has changed my perspective. I consider myself to be pro-life but I deeply understand the question dealing with the life of the mother. It is very complicated and personal. It is a decision that needs to be made with the woman’s family, doctors and prayer.
Long ago, after being saved by earnestly repenting my sins to the Lord, I started to read the Holy Bible just one verse at a time. What a joy it was to hear what the Lord was saying to me. Now, when I run into problems of life, I call upon the name of the Lord. Rather than choosing what I think it's right thing to do, I call upon His name and ask for help. This path is so much easier for me! And I know it can be for others as well. If we seek the Lord with whole heart, He will surely hear us and will answer us. And that's what He said for us to do too.
Repentance is the key to our salvation. Here are a few Bible references for us.

You are correct. In fact, there were no laws against rape in the Bible. Rape was not even a crime. Having sex with a woman who was not your property, whether consensual or not, was a crime....against the man to whom the woman belonged.

The Bible not only never condemns abortion, it actually provides instructions on how to perform one and when to force a woman to have one.

Also, God may have hated those who sacrificed children to false gods, but He loved those who sacrificed children to him.

The Bible also supports abortion. You didn't mention that when a woman gets pregnant by means of adultery, rape and out of wedlock. The Bible actually demands this procedure. You conveniently left this out of your message!
