    Thank you Uncle Chris. I watched this video when you first posted it but just searched for it again. Turkey is the cheapest meat I can find right now but I didn't want to have to cook a whole bird. I'm going to get a couple of small birds, break them down and freeze them.

    Got a free turkey from the Winco groceries, buy $125 groceries, get turkey free. Never, ever broke one down in my 57 years, so thank you.

    Can you make a video on cooking/baking a "cured ham"? I know you avoid salty foods but this ham use to be part of the holiday menu. I would love to see the advice you and your followers give in preparing this type of ham.

      Omg he has a pineapple 'canned ham' recipe that could be doubled for a big uncanned one. It is delish!!!!

      You can soak the ham in a large pot in cold water overnight and it will take ALL 98.9% of the salt out.. Works every time..
