It's prob cheaper to try to make real ice in 97 degree weather than to buy that surface. That shit isn't cheap... and it sucks to skate on. I'd rather just find a tennis court and get some rollerblades
I think you might have a serious problem in 2 years when your deck isn’t close to level. U shoulda spent some more money on concrete if you want it to last. But it is a great short term rink to get on the “ice” this summer!
I wish I could have something like this in my backyard it would help so much with my on ice shorting and stick handling. seeing you having a dream of mine it makes me happy
This is literally my dream backyard. I think you should probably get a skate sharpener because it dulls your blades a lot. Love the vids keep up the great work
Hey trew I was thinking of asking my parents if we could just do the deck to put the tiles on in my backyard and I was wondering how much this cost you? Sick vid!
This video was very underwhelming. I'd be pissed if I was your sponsor. Show some emotion buddy. The step dad seemed like he's been doing UA-cam longer than you, that's how awkward you are with a camera. Besides the lack of excitement you show while your step dad was doing most of the work. I'll still thumbs up because your father's a good man and I wouldn't want his efforts to go unnoticed.
Its only $17 per sqft!! Thats $300k to make a full size hockey rink with glice just for the glice.. You can prob make a real refrigerated icerink for 300k plus dollars😂😂
This is an absolute DREAM come trew.
Yo love the new videos been watching for about a year now amazing to see how you’ve grown
Completely agree
BEAUTY TREW CREW
What type of tiles are those
Will is my Dream to
Dave seems awesome. He definitely knows what he’s doing. Glad you did it right.

Nice rink👍 But you need some Sharkblades from Greenhockey than it is like skating on ice.
You should invest in some sharkblades, it makes skating on synthetic ice so much smoother.
Good job! But maybe you should try sharkblades, they´re way better for synthetic ice than 'normal' skates.
14:50 I was so afraid he was gonna eat it 😅 love the content brother

Best outdoor rink for warm weathers. I noticed only if you go fast you can slide but still if your going slow you walk.
I wish I could have something like this in my backyard it would help so much with my on ice shorting and stick handling. seeing you having a dream of mine it makes me happy
TYPO and also it’s sad you can’t have the privilege of training off ice
@ huh I can train outside I have a net and a shooting pad but I meant the whole stuff in the video
Nice vid man sick rink
😂😂😂😂
It’s looks sick! Enjoy it!
Awesome dude, you're in CT? Ill come by any time to play! LOL
Awesome video cool rink!!
Your wood may rot if it is directly on the soil. Why didnt u guys use cement blocks to keep it off the ground slighltly no?
in the winter add boards and a tarp and make a real rink if it gets cold enough in the winter
here is a pro tip put some oil on the rink or grease it makes it feel more like ice 👍🏻
This is literally my dream backyard. I think you should probably get a skate sharpener because it dulls your blades a lot. Love the vids keep up the great work
Hey I love watching your videos!
Would’ve been nice if you had a big white truck nearby to help you move all that wood and tiles.
I'm not jealous, not one bit.
Fr
Why would you be jealous anyway instead of happy for him
Coach chippy impression is crazy
That is sick nice video man
the best UA-camr ever
This was awesome, what happened to seeing some videos of you playing 3v3 on this ? Your step dad is very cool to have done this.
I have been waiting for this
do you think its possible to play a full on game with your mates? would the surface feel right for it?
Hi trew crew I love hockey
is it better with roller blades? how are your skates
after a few hours on there?
You should make a video of a tournament on this ice trew
Get Carlos to try the rink out.
I would love to do this myself in the future 🥹
Why are the whole comments hating the guy is happy and that’s all that matters
I build a ice rink in my backyard every winter in Canada
How do inline skates feel on the tiles?
There’s spray you can put on it that makes it amazing
Best UA-camr ever bedys or mcdavid
"without this we wouldn't be skating in the desert" dawg u live in Connecticut
That’s fire
I miss the hat tricks vids😢
Same
Wish I could do this
Team i love hoockey 1:14
How big is your setup? 4 tiles across and maybe 6 tiles long?
Edit: Nm i can see it. 4x7 so just about 16' x 28'.
Spray pledge or something on the tiles real puck slides 100% better
How many tiles was there
now you can practice the tdr all days of the week
edit: you should get a tarp or something to block out the sun
Sharkblades!
trew crew higher than me rn
I love it I would love to have it
I feel like roller hockey would be alot less work lol
Mini rink 2v2 Or 1v1 with goalies ????
Thumb nail was cooler then the video
Sick
I do that in my front yard all the time
If you get a leaf blower than it’s easier to clean than sweep
Is this behind your house, or an apartment building?
Multi unit building

So jelly
Bro I live in Florida you sweat before you even go Outside 😂
Does the GOAT of Danbury reply?
Are you still playing ice hockey? You still playing for the hat tricks
i feel like synthetic ice is gunna dull your skates so quickly
i know your legs are burning from the pressure you need to skate on tiles
How much was this
So... you didn't build an "ice" rink
Hi Dave
just wondering how much did this cost
RIP to your blades. Synthetic ice isn’t great for them make sure to sharpen them before getting back on the ice
No he can just use a separate pair of steel for the synthetic ice he’s got a million pairs of steel so he will be fine
Its better if u wet the plastic
I hear it is better with dull blades...
It’s so confusing how you can skate on that
Where’s the hockey team😢
I WANT A STICK
What about the rain
give this career up
I have a real rink on the senthatikice
😊
