He actually plays normal, that how u have to play against Asgore, to counter anything he does. And 3 phase is literaly passive and spam because well, he cant do anything else xd, all moves are zoner moves.
I would have to agree, as I didn't think about it TOO much, but SSChara in general could be passive no matter what... same with all characters. I'm not a nerd or anything.
