District 3 Producer of the Year -- Galliher Dairy

Galliher Dairy in Harmony, North Carolina is the 2023 District 3 Producer of the Year. The farm is owned and operated by Larry and Charlie Galliher who milk around 450 cows in a 32-stall rotary parlor with the help of family and six employees. The family also farms on about 2,500 acres, which provides corn and small grain silage to the dairy as well as other crops for the family to sell to diversify.
Larry started the dairy himself in the 1980s and has now been operating it for more than 40 years. Cows are housed in free stall barns that have mattresses and sawdust for bedding. The barns also have fans and sprinklers to maximize cow comfort.
Family is the key to success for the Gallihers, with multiple family members taking a role. A farm succession plan is in the works to allow Charlie to take full control in the future, while Charlie is looking to have smart growth to allow the farm to ship a trailer-load of milk each day.

I keep searching, if you could PLEASE help me. My parents worked for a family with the last name Gross back in the 1980s, I'm trying so hard to find it. I'll be happy to buy products from you as I shop local now. I know it's a long shot, just need closure. Looking for Roscoes store, we lived close to the farm house. If you know of either of there's please help me locate.
