I just purchased the Streetmaster for Christmas, absolutely love it…found it much better than the Taylor Mahogany, haven’t had the opportunity to try the Taylor Koa…considering I saved a couple hundred dollars over the Koa, I really love everything about this guitar!
Wonderful sound for a guitar of it’s size Jon. I love that finish too. I wouldn’t be worried if I scratched it and I’m so awkward 😂😂😂 Perfect for someone like me with health issues and often has to play reclining back or lying down. Beautifully played as usual too Jon. Cheers 😃👍❤️❤️

Is there any reason to buy the Martin 28EC Clapton over the OMJM John Mayer version. On the fence but leaning towards the EC model because of the V neck.
How would you compare this Martin ooocjr10e streetmaster to the gs mini mahogany? I have the gs mini now but this sounds very good. Going to try putting martin retro strings on the gs mini for an even warmer sound. I may replace the mini with this. Wondering about your opinion thanks.
@@JonIsJustTooLoud Thanks for the feedback! I decided to keep the GS mini mahogany and found Martin medium gauge retro strings to sound the best on it. I love it now after 2 years of owning! I decided to get the Martin GPC 11E instead and have zero regrets. The GPC 11E sounds very balanced with great projection and I found it more enjoyful than the dreadnought body. It's definitely a lifetime guitar for me. Keep jamming and having fun!

The V neck is one of them.. but id advise you to play them and decide✌️❤️

I’m debating between this, the Martin Shawn Mendes, and the Martin dx2e, what do you think is best?
Go for the 000. I played the Mendes model and it seemed like a toy compared to the JR models. The x series is a step below the JR series.
