Funny how the first member went in and everybody turned up, but for the last ones they literally ring around chasing up members to come along 🤣🤣. Also for people wondering why some members serve in the police this could be for medical reasons where someone is not able to be in active duty as a soldier (but there may be other reasons or ways I don't know about). Active soldiers in army and marines serve 21 months, public servants police serve 24 months. This is a very simplified explanation but hope it helps.
