Just an FYI: Michigan State Police used a Taser to stop a person riding a 4 wheeler. The State Trooper fired his Taser from the moving Police car. The person was hit by the Taser and subsequently the person on the 4 wheeler crashed into the back of a truck and was killed. The State Police fired the State Trooper and he is now serving time in prison. The State Police stated that shooting from a moving vehicle is not in there protocol. Just thought you would like to now since someone tased you off the bike in this episode.

How about like a bait car sting, even if you have to spawn individual cars for each session, but like legitimately bait car, having UC and marked units staged in surrounding areas.
