All of this trouble just to skip the worst part of DK64. It's as if the game DEMANDS to be tedious.
This endless troubleshooting is something that is normally cut out of the highlight videos. Normally, Vinny's streams consist of one hour of gameplay, and three hours of troubleshooting and restarting.

Did anyone tell Vinny about dk64 crashing after a period of time due to a memory leak? It would be cool if he just savestated until that point and the game started crashing, since he never restarted it.

Funny thing, but I was one of the few people trying to help poor Vin-Vin, damn this game IS molasses to emulate(with some answers in the video), and I feel bad for him trying to have a good time and getting fucked by this. Wished I could've helped more, hopefully his next DK64 stream will be more enjoyable.
I streamed this RO- I mean cartridge and I had the same body stretching problems, and it worked mostly fine besides the vines sometimes warping me under the map or to the beginning of the stage

Nothing works mod... you don't need a mod for that game to be unplayable
Music getting out of sync is a common problem with N64 emulators. If the music was timed for how the scene plays out with lag, and then you play it without lag...
