@@evamartinez895 okay...that's good then. There's more variation to their diet, instead of always instant noodles, that's empty of nutrients. They could add some greens to their noodles to have some nutrients. Wish their health workers would educate them. Their traditional foods and lifestyle are more healthful then. Look at their teeth. Even the older people have still good teeth, one of the signs of good health. But I'm afraid with the next generation like Jonson and Niyabung. They're already eating instant noodles at such an early age, and also candies. Anyway, I'm just saying out of concern. Good day to you! 🙂
@@lovedeocampo987 yes understood but again they eat what can stretch their dollar see i can also sit here and say" a lot of things that in the ordinary it should be. But" it's easier said " then done and at the end there doing what they like! 😀
