In GNIDA everyone is hungry for money from lower to high rank officer in every department I submitted around 11 times of my industrial plot application for the completion certificate but every time they send a notice with new objections from 2012 to till now my file stuck at same place.
Most interested thing is in 2012 they demand 30000 rupees bribe to provide the certificate now they demand 90000 rupees. I refused to pay them that’s why from last 7 years with every completed and required documents I failed to obtain Completion Certificate.
Modi is main player of this..

👎👎 what's new ?? This Nexus operates in every State the same way. Builder don't pay from their pockets they ultimately charge it back to customers by increasing price of flats Or in other cases recover the cost by using low grade material which lead to building collapse.
