I also thought of your channel when WhoCulture mentioned how the 2005 era time vortex changed colour depending on past or future and i think it was you who made the video on why the vortex evolves, did you include the past/future aspect or could you come up with a in universe theory? Would be pretty cool 😎

I don't think the time line would actually change that much. 10 and 11 are already so similar that really the biggest difference would be him having the reaction he did in "The End of Time Part 2" except now he's doing it in front of Rose and Donna who are having different reactions because they would have never met 11 in the original time line. Jack I don't believe would even be on the T.A.R.D.I.S. in the first place because in the original time line it was him bringing the spare hand board the TARDIS that allowed the Doctor to regenerate without changing his face so I think the catalyst for the Doctor regenerating into 11 in Journey's End would have to be Jack never catching up with the T.A.R.D.I.S. in the first place. Of course that would actually mean that a lot of the biggest changes in the new time line would actually happen BEFORE the regeneration ever takes place. Since the event that acts as the catalyst for the new time line is Jack never bringing the spare hard on board the T.A.R.I.S. that would mean that they never travel to Utopia and meet Professor Yana there. I do think they would still meet Derek Jecobi's Master but the circumstances for how he gets his memories back and travels to present day England would be different. Vote Saxon would never be a thing, instead you'd see "Vote Yana" because in this time line the Yana Master never gets killed in Utopia so he would be the one doing all that stuff. Also in this new time line the whole "I refuse to regenerate thing" doesn't happen, that would be the moment when he decides. "If the Doctor can be young so can I." So the whole resurrection, skeletor, being recognized as the former Prime Minister thing would never happen because that would be John Simm's first proper appearance as the Master rather than his second. Honestly after that, I think a lot of the stories in the 10 era would play out the exact same way just with different actors in the roles. Where things get really interesting is when you end up with a Peter Capaldi Doctor now being the one to meet Amy in the Twelfth Hour as I imagine that episode title would now be called. We'd end up with a female Doctor and a female Master at the same time as Jodi Whittaker would now be opposite Michelle Gomez. And here's the thing... I think the reason that the Doctor regenerated back into David Tenant again was a result of the Master hijacking the Doctor's regeneration cycle and forcing her to become him. So without that happening I'm pretty sure Jodi would have regenerated straight into Ncuti Gatwa. That means that the Master would have high jacked Ncuti's regeneration instead and we still end up with David Tennant returning for the 3 specials but now the Bigeneration is with a different actor following him.
I know I previously said I think the Valeyard was the... Original 11th Doctor grown old. In his version of events, there was never a crack in Amy's wall. The Order of the Silence was never formed, nor did River Song(so the events of the Library didn't happen either), and the Valeyard never saved Gallifrey alongside his other selves. Both actors have the cheekbones for it. But now I have another theory; I think we've already heard the Valeyard's origin. In one of the Eighth Doctor Time War audios, the Doctor leaves a planet through a teleport while holding onto a temporal device. After he left, the teleporter malfunctioned and the Valeyard materialized. A lot of people think this Valeyard was essentially revived from the dead and had already experienced Trial of a Time Lord. I disagree, and say we've been underestimating the time skip between that audio and the next. I think the Valeyard was created by the teleport and found by the Time Lords. Recognizing him as the Valeyard, the Time Lords coined his name and recruited him into the war effort. Eventually he went to interfere in Gallifrey's past, though why could vary. Maybe the Valeyard was sent there to create himself earlier on, and all the advantages that'd have, or maybe he went rogue.
