So on my truck I have a 320a high output alternator and the light wire goes to a 12v key on source, thats what excites the alternator/ turns it on to charge...
try hooking that blue wire up to a key on 12v source and I bet she starts charging
Same. Had a charge light bulb go out on the cluster and the alternator didnt charge. Swapped some bulbs around and it worked again

Check your steering rack bushings you may have forgotten one
The charge light needs to be wired in or the regulator for the alternator won’t work. That’s your charging issue. The light current completes the circuit to have a functional charge system.
No sir, that’s only for the change light on the cluster. I finished up my k swap about 6 months ago and left the charge light wire off and no issue. The issue is that ps relocating kit and the belt isn’t tight enough or getting full contact with the belt.

That rack bolt you took out and sealed up also adjusts the tension on the rack. If overtightned you will get a stiff feel when turning. Have you checked to make sure the feel of the rack was the same after re-sealing? If it feels the same you did a good job! 😉

Top tensioner to alternator half way around, than back of belt around big center pully half way to the ac pully all the way around to the crank, than crank all way up back to top pully and around top tensioner..

Did you put led check lights in your cluster? The light also works as a resistor to excite the alternator field and if you put an LED or bypass the cluster i think you need to put a resistor in...
Look into The Eld and the Alternator control. Eld stands for Electronic load detector, both function in controlling the charge of the battery. I'm not familiar with kpro but on hondata s300 v3 there is options to disable both the Eld and Alt c, which in turn should have your alternator constantly charging. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

My EF3 had an exhaust temp sensor on the stock exhaust behind the catalytic converter. Not sure if your light is the same as the one in my EF but i put an hks exhaust on my car and it didnt have a bung for the sensor so i just unplugged it, then my light came on. So i removed the bulb from my cluster.
I'm pumped DJ is driving it but I can't believe how loved this engine is cause it don't sound good at all even with good exhaust

swap the alternator too a smooth pully and run the belt on the other side of the pully so it has to go around the pully too get too the top or find a different kit because at high rpm your gunna have hard voltage drop when it spins the belt past the pully like it isnt there

That power steering pump is chirping bad, should take a look at it probably gonna need a better one
@06:56 shimmey in power steering is air in the lines still. with car running, but sitting ata stand still. car idling. turn the steering wheel from full lock left to full lock right, SLOW AS FUCK about 40 times. this will push all the air out of the steering rack. it takes time. and you have to turn slow so all the air can be pushed out of the rack. if you turn left to right fast as fuck. all the air bubble will just get pushed around inside the rack and never actually evacuate the rack to get drawn out of the system.

Test the wires on the alternator plug I fought the same issue on my sr and it turned out the wires were backwards in the plug my harness in a wiring specialties

Your belt is not routed correctly. It should go around the pulley not ride along side of it. Also make sure you use the correct gauge wire for your charge harness. At least 4-2 gauge.

I woulda went with a manual rack and saved $150 on power steering pump and the trouble of lines & such.

idk why you didnt use kpro as an engine management, you dont go outside of this unless your on the pro end of building high performance cars, a simple upload from kpro would have had this car runiing like a stock si or rsx type s. car does not sound good , timing tables are super off

Bro your belt routing has to be wrong try routing a different way the belt is supposed to o wrap around at least half the pulley, ur getting 5% contact if your luck which is gonna slip and cause the alternator not to charge
