Some thoughts:
1. First girl have to admit, I felt personally attacked and I don't even like guns. Just how quick she moved from wishing him well to telling the girls to buzz him was scary. I have watched people do this before and they never realise they are doing it which is even scarier to not know you are being disingenuous. Ahhhh run! I also don't think she really heard him when he said what he did, I think she only heard Firearms and her brain latched on to that and nothing else would go through, because when she was telling the girls she just said "gun's guy" not Firearms instructor. Normally you parrot the phrase you heard when someone says their job or title. So I think she was repeating what her brain heard not really what he said. Fascinating thing humans can do. Just like that she warped the truth and broke the telephone. Actually so interesting
2. Real MVP for me was the girl before Raven, she read the brief and went...wait you may not be for me but let me match you with who I think would suit or at least you have more in common with. Loved that

Yes + No = Yes leaves
No + No = Rock paper scissors for who stays, or both leave.
