Paul comcast - I would have to agree with Paul. This is not minimalistic design, it is simply poorly designed. Splitting the kitchen and placing it at the main path is the most glaring example of the poor layout.
@@stanimal8 I think Neel wanted to emphasize the single level living concept by having two large cabins on the main deck. The 45 is a little small for a two cabin layout, but the newer Neel models with single cabin on the main deck work very well in every size. From what I gather it's one of Neel's main selling point.

Its modern and minimalist and very lightweight. If you want wood paneling and all that other jazz I am sure you can run up the bill.
