If you want to enjoy the game, don't focus on getting UR pokemons, you should make one of your SSR pokemons into 6 star. Trust me it can carry you until mid game, 3 star UR pokemon is useless, not unless you are a spender in the game.

First pokemon must have hypnosis and switch to muk after you make venasaur put to sleep, and use toxic and toxic armor on muk, and mud slap until +6
and If you failed, then do it again until you succeed. Make sure you are lvl 58 above
