lol idk how that one guy in your video didn’t understand… you basically paid someone for their “professional” opinion on if you resend the card in, if you’d get a perfect 10. I also assumed that they’d relabel your card once they give you the grades there. What a scam… Beckett needs to explain that to people before taking people’s $25.
I agree. To put it simply, if its not a guarantee then whats the point?
It wasn't even "someone", that IS beckett there haha. I'd assume they legit reviewed it and guarantee the grade but I guess not...next few videos I'll post if we made it 👀

I was at another show that Beckett offered GCR, I got 2 bumps to Black Label, when I sent them in 1 crossed and the other they were like oops we missed something and denied the cross

It definitely sucks to be in that situation. On the other hand, been seeing a lot of BLs from conventions that should not be BL. Some people have been exploiting BGS' inconsistency when it comes to grading at conventions (subbing same card >10x). Probably why they are having to double check returns.
If anything this shows how inconsistent grading is. You could probably have 3 different graders at psa or beckett grade the same card and get 3 different grades.
Right? I tried an AGS slab, was a 10, crossed to PSA got an 8. AGS had all the damage shown up close

Can't stand guys who don't have the balls to not flip for chance....should have told him to walk away you don't deal with chumps. Should have said $1500 or $1800.

If you read the back of the review slips when you're given the cards in the holders. It tells you it isn't guaranteed, and that even if you cross a card they cannot provide 100% accuracy until encapsulation. Its just their standard SOP behind providing same days at any shows.
also, your gcr provided it was acceptable to bump to black label, you don't pay extra money for them to grade it , you pay extra money for them to same day encase the newly graded card. You had it a little mixed up thinking they would be providing a SECOND grade. When its just them cracking and encapsulating with new label
They basically told me I still had to resubmit for grading :/
@@TradingCardEmpire yeah his wording was really bad but he seemed flustered all weekend. after you get the "bump" you submit it for "onsite slabbing" technically they can over turn it there but that's just super super rare. If it was a rcr (what you did was a gcr) then its a different story.

I can see why it's a "scam". They should tell you that its just for professional advice pretty much. I can see how it can be misleading that it seems like its going to be an actual regrade
Part of it is me being a little dramatic, but it really doesn't make sense on graded cards, to review them and then not guarantee? Idk
