I was on artfight this July and i saw a lot of younger people talking about their ocs and leaving notes like "i don't want them to be a mary sue >.>" And its kinda sad :( having an oc is so much more fun when you just do whatever you want without feeling the need to run it thru the Mary Sue Test one hundred times.

I wanted to talk about the part with Squilf being jealous about Jessy. When Squilf was somewhat courting Ashfur in a sense, Brambleclaw was very jealous and upset. And they were also on the path to being mates but they weren’t exactly dating. I’ve seen a bit of hypocrisy on comments on other videos I’ve seen about Squilf being jealous of Brambleclaw when it was completely fine for him to be jealous of her later on in her life. Jessy I feel wasn’t insanely bad as a character, she just kind of was there to bring Brambleclaw and Squilf back together and point out that his kids are his kids even if they aren’t blood related. Which I wish that Squilf and Brambleclaw didn’t get back together but I’m glad about her showing him that he could love his adopted kits. She did her purpose well
With how Jessy seems to have a lot of the same personality traits as Squirrelflight, and how she’s apparently “younger” than her, Bramblestar’s interest in her becomes all the more uncomfortable as she’s basically a younger version of his ex-wife who doesn’t argue with him and adores him. I heard a lot of people say they wish Jessy and Bramblestar could’ve gotten together and they seemed like a good match, and yeah, they might’ve been a good match until Bramblestar does something Jessy doesn’t agree with and resists him. Honestly, Jessy’s more in line with the original Mary Sue from that Star Trek parody fanfic, as she comes in, is portrayed as a younger but just as capable as the more experienced folks around her, dazzles at least one of the main characters, and then leaves as to not disturb the peace
I loved the video! I think Jesssy is an interesting character that should've been developed a bit more. For future talk videos i suggest Stormfur if you haven't talked about him. He lost his closest family and was practically kidnapped by the tribe who exiled him a few books later because he was trying to help , just to be exiled from the clan he was born and raised in because of Hawkfrost. And i think , out of the cats in the journey , he has the healthiest relationship with his mate.
Personally I don't like Jessy, but I wish they would've had more development between her and Bramblestar rather than her being rude and abrasive and him instantly falling for her. Squirrelflight was also skilled, rude and hotheaded when she was younger, and he hated her before the journey. Of course she was an apprentice then, but it still took an entire series for them to get together or at the very least admit their feelings.
I want to see a video about daisy! She has such a strong personality and she's there since they moved to the new territory. She has a lot of children but everyone except berrynose has no personality. I always loved her friendship with Ferncloud and how she takes care of Cherryfall and molewhisker when they're young. Just a suggestion tho (And daisy's kin is really underrated)
@@jeriko_studios lmao yes I still wish the other kids would've gotten a bit more attention in omen of the stars foxleap and rosepetal have some really interesting conversations and seem like actual friends. That was forgotten sooo quickly

I know this is a mini talking, but I'd love to see a talking video about Crookedstar at some point in the future! I thought his relationship with Mapleshade was really interesting.
Honestly I had wished so much that they did more with her and goosefeather and crookedstar, like she's very motherly in a weird way and those two couldve actually opened up an opportunity for her to be even more rightfully hateful toward the clans, and then maybe a chance to be redeemed
Still commenting for a video on Russetfur. For a character that was Shadowclan's deputy under Blackstar, i actually remember being interested in her as soon as she was introduced in Yellowfang's Secret. Every book after that, i always looked foward to whenever she shows up, literallt up until she was killed by Lionblaze. For a stray that was picked up by Shadowclan, thr fact that she became Shadowclan's deputy was really impressive to me and was actually someone that Blackstar and her clan mourns after her death.
Absolutely loved the analysis on what being a Mary Sue is! I’ve never been able to fully define it myself- it’s just something I kinda knew existed and I tried to avoid creating as a kid- but I’ll probably from here on out be using your definition as reference.
The idea of Leaf becoming a recurring character is so funny to me because we truly would forget about his existence completely between every appearance. I would have the check the wiki just go remember who he is each time 😂
I think It'll be fun to talk about Thrushpelt, he's a good character who is always kinda overlooked because of his one appearance as Bluefur's friend and/or love interest but I love it thay he takes in Bluefur's kits as his own, he is the bestest boy
Couldn't have said it better myself. Jesse isn't a Mary Sue, she's a plot device in order to get Squilf and Bramblestar back together. Could she have become a Mary Sue if she had stuck around? I doubt it. Chances are she would have suffered the same fate as most female characters in this series once they become irrelevant to the main plot. A Mary Sue isn't just perfect. A Mary Sue is the center of the stories universe. The closest this series has ever come to a Mary Sue is Firestar in that regard but that is mostly because he was literally the only POV and main character of his series and therefor the super awesome plot points all were influenced by him. Even then, he wasn't the center of everything. So yeah, again, I agree with the statement that there hasn't really been a Mary Sue in the Warriors Cat books and with the way things are being written there probably wont ever be one.
They should bring back Jessy and keep her as a "force of nature" who shows up to teach the protagonist a valuable lesson and then leaves. I want her to show up this arc, tell Frostpaw who killed Reedwhisker, and then vanish into the ether until her abilities are needed once more.
I would love a video on Crookedstar! He seemed to be a fan favorite back in the day, appearing at the top of all "Top 10 best Warrior cats Characters" videos I used to watch in 2013-2015. Nowadays he seems like a pretty forgotten character.
I say that Jessy and Squilf should have both just disregarded Bramblestar and fell in love with each other, but the authors are cowards and will never let me have canon lesbian battle cats
I’m not sure if she’s actually meant be perfect, keeping in mind that our point of view character is Bramblestar who’s blindly in love with her. there might be flaws that Bramble didn’t acknowledge or made excuses for? I hope this makes sense😅
Honestly, I think it would have been really interesting if Jessy had stayed. It would be interesting if the writers had to figure out what to do with her. And yeah, the reason I find that interesting is *because* she was so clearly written to be a temporary fixture but… I dunno, I think Bramblestar getting to have ongoing complicated feelings about dating her would be more appealing than her just being completely forgotten. I don’t entirely like how she was written (honestly Bramblestar’s Storm is one of my least favorite warriors books,) but I don’t necessarily dislike *her.*
Oh I loved Jessie. People say that shes just Squirrelflight but less likely to argue and like... yes. She is not the kind of cat to destabilize her relationship with every idea she has. If you and your partner keep fighting, and you find someone who is your type who does not fight with you. Its not really a question of who is more compatible.
Please tell me someone has written a fanfic where Jessy realizes how toxic Bramble is to Squilf and calls him out on it. Imagine Jessy bringing in all sorts of new ideas into the clans, forcing them to readjust how they treat each other and how they handle interpersonal conflicts and such! She just pulls squilf aside and says, “Heyyy, do you know what ABUSE is? Girlie, you need to run”
I would really like to see a video about Mousefur or Tallpoppy! They are both very underrated she-cats in which they would be very interesting to talk about imo.
Can’t wait for Squirrelflight to die on her way to moonpool and for Jesse to magically materialize so Bramblestar can resume being leader of Thunderclan. /sarcastic Clearsky went through two - three mates before Starflower did her character 180 and went to be with him. We can’t have high expectations, because the new team probably doesn’t know what we’re expecting.
Also I'm sure I've stated this before but I've always subscribed to the Protectors of the Plot Continuum idea of a Mary Sue: A character (regardless of gender) whose abilities, relationships, etc make no sense within the context of the story. It will bend itself around the Sue to make them the center of attention even when unreasonable to do so, and any flaws or challenges they may face are merely cosmetic in nature and have no significant consequences. It just bothers me whenever the term is thrown around willy nilly.
when she left thunderclan i was like "OH SHES GONNA GO FIND SKYCLAN SO SHE'LL STILL BE AROUND!!" cause i knew skyclan came back in avos and shes like Specifically good at jumping and hunts birds then she didnt so, rip that idea
I’d love a talking video on fallen leaves! I think he’s one of the most unique characters in the series lore wise and I was honestly shocked to hear you not like him much in your ships video
Could you please do a talking video about Littlecloud? I love him, and he has a really nice friendship with Cinderpelt. He also has a very interesting backstory for someone who isn’t a main character.
I hated Jessy when I was a teen, as I wanted BramblexSquilf again... for some reason... but now I kinda just wish he'd gotten with Jessy so Squilf could move on. Whether that means finding a new mate, or being happy alone. Also ooh, Mousefur video sounds great. I hope we end up getting a Star Flower one eventually (I think that got second place for likes one time?) I desire Moonkitti's feelings on her
I agree with the comment that says she's a manic pixie dream girl. Considering how eccentric she is and serves as a love interest for a male character, usually being seen as wise and unpredictable and eventually hops off to go repeat the process elsewhere. And considering how Warrior Cats treats females, it doesn't surprise me they'd use this trope even without intending to

I kinda thought it would be cool if bramblestar and squirrelflight broke up, with bramblestar and Jessy becoming a couple, problem is, who would squirrelflight get with then? Ashfur was gone, and thanks to firestar and cloudtail, squirrelflight is related to everyone in Thunderclan.
I would love if you talked about palebird. She was kinda weird to me. She was grieving for Tallkits entire kithood and barely have a good conversation. When he was going to kill sparrow palebird doesn’t even acknowledge it. And when he came back to save his half-brothers and sisters palebird doesn’t even thank him. She didn’t give him the care at all and made him think that he should have died instead of finchkit because of that.
I think calling Jessy a mary sue is completely correct, shes framed as never being wrong, despite probably very wrong in some points. Also we can take her perfect fighting and perfect hunting as... Velvet. Velvet makes the idea of "well she could be good at that"and SHATTERS IT. Velvet is good at hunting and maybe fighting because she was a stray for a while, it was a necessary for her to live or she would actually die (and if Velvet dies the world dies), only a few kittypets could really do that, and its because News flash They hunt regularly (as a sport usually), or, they were taught by a parent, and Jessy has met absolutely none of those three requirements, shes just magically great at it. Like heres the google definition for a mary sue "type of female character who is depicted as unrealistically lacking in flaws or weaknesses." That is literally Jessy, she is literally lacking in a large amount of flaws or weaknesses, and honestly, she has none I think i have a stronger disdane for Jessy than past Moonkitti
eh that doesn't change the fact it's a bad term with a strong very strong misogynistic history and while you can argue until your blue in the face whether it fits her or not it's...best to put the term to rest. it's not even a good or helpful term even without that messy history attached because it lacks so much nuance that's needed for things like this. it should've stayed in the 2010s where it belongs let the thing die
@@meevins i disagree. i think of it as a term to describe a symptom of a mysogynistic view on women, rather than making women have strong character with nuance, they must be perfect at everything (particularly things considered important to masculinity like fighting and hunting) or else the story should punish them for not being perfect, often by hurting them so that the protagonist can have an emotional moment. such as when squilf died so that bramble could have a brief change of heart, or starclan punishing leafpool for not being perfect, despite following vague orders from a starclan cat. writers hear "we need strong female characters" and still dont write them as people, but in such a way that seems to 'make up' for them being female characters. hence mary sues are bad, but in the same way that coughing when you have the flue is bad, we should manage the symptom and treat it so we have energy (and the resources) to tackle the bigger issue
@@colorfulmarbles156 wepp see Lionblaze has made very glaring mistakes both he, other cats, and the narrative acknowledge, Cinderheart also, and neither are framed as being constantly correct. And their kids frankly, besides Fernsong, have had no personality that can dictate them as a Mary sue, especially since Hollytuft is very constant wrong because of their xenophobia. And Fernsong isn't a bad character, he has flaws but also is one of the only mates in warrior cats who talks to their partner at length about having kits, and makes a plan for them so all parties are comfortable
I would love a video on the sisters, they are unique in the fact that they are one of the few groups that don't have have leaders or healers... Or toms apparently
Jessy, while walking along some debris, almost falls in, and is only saved by Bramblestar quickly biting her scruff, so I’d say she can be arrogantly reckless depending on how you look at it, she does have an ego to an extent.
Jessy is introduced as older, having greyish hairs on her muzzle. I dont know where the idea that shes younger comes from, except for maybe her being fitter then squirrelflight in a scene or two. But if shes got grey hair shes probably much older then squilf and maybe older then bramble too.

you should do goldenflower for your next talking video!! her dynamic w Tigerstar is very interesting to me and the fact that she somehow is one of the actually good and present moms in the series despite her entire family being.. who they are is super cool to me

Sorry but she doesn't take suggestions on the mini talking videos. Only on the main ones, but good idea though
@@RainbowRatArt oh, i didn't know that lol. i'll keep it in mind for next time then :>
@rainbowrat3542 really? The Jessy suggestion is the top comment on the icewing mini talking
@rainbowrat3542 really? This Jessy suggestion was the top comment on the icewing video
I selfishly love how exasperated Moonkitti sounds talking about 10 year old cat drama
Fun Fact: Today is actually the 9th anniversary of Bramblestar's Storm
Oooh!
Jessy is 9 years old!
it should have never been made tbh
Why?
So AVoS, The Broken Code, and A Starless Clan should’ve never seen the day of light?@@miawmiawmiawmi
@@colorfulmarbles156 no lmao i just hate the book. im being dramatic.
Yes please, I would love that
I haven't finished moonlight yet so I read that and I was like "HE HAS A MATE???" Just a semi-funny anecdote
@@Totallynotredtail XD
Personally I don't like Jessy, but I wish they would've had more development between her and Bramblestar rather than her being rude and abrasive and him instantly falling for her. Squirrelflight was also skilled, rude and hotheaded when she was younger, and he hated her before the journey. Of course she was an apprentice then, but it still took an entire series for them to get together or at the very least admit their feelings.
The Onestar to Stargleam scale is sending me, it is perfect, I shall fit all characters on this scale
I want to see a video about daisy! She has such a strong personality and she's there since they moved to the new territory. She has a lot of children but everyone except berrynose has no personality. I always loved her friendship with Ferncloud and how she takes care of Cherryfall and molewhisker when they're young. Just a suggestion tho
(And daisy's kin is really underrated)
Oh berrynose had a personality, it was just an insufferable one
@@jeriko_studios yeah totally but look at him compared to someone like mousewhisker or rosepetal

@@jeriko_studios lmao yes I still wish the other kids would've gotten a bit more attention in omen of the stars foxleap and rosepetal have some really interesting conversations and seem like actual friends. That was forgotten sooo quickly
I was always confused at how Jessy, a kittypet, was a top athlete hunting master in the warrior cats world
also can we talk about how completely undignified cloudtail's adorably fluffy minifigure looks??!?
I'm glad somebody else feels the same way, Cloudtail's minifigure looks so big and goofy, but I guess it's accurate????
I know this is a mini talking, but I'd love to see a talking video about Crookedstar at some point in the future! I thought his relationship with Mapleshade was really interesting.
Honestly I had wished so much that they did more with her and goosefeather and crookedstar, like she's very motherly in a weird way and those two couldve actually opened up an opportunity for her to be even more rightfully hateful toward the clans, and then maybe a chance to be redeemed
FREE SQUIRRELFLIGHT! FREE SQUIRRELFLIGHT! FREE SQUIRRELFLIGHT!
I agree russet fur was my favorite character once (then came bluestar’s prophecy)
Same
I really loved her backstory in Yellowfang’s Secret
Jessy is too underrated! I'm just confused on why she'd like Brambleclaw-
Maybe she has a thing for leadership
[● Aren't we all]

"Bristlefrost, for being a girl" 😭
I love that Moon's sense of humor still shines even in her more analytical videos.

Absolutely loved the analysis on what being a Mary Sue is!
I’ve never been able to fully define it myself- it’s just something I kinda knew existed and I tried to avoid creating as a kid- but I’ll probably from here on out be using your definition as reference.
💫I would love a mini-talking about cody! (From the new phreophecy) since most people forget about her- she was personally one of my favorites 😅💫
Omg I did forget about her!! She was so sweet too
I Know! She was soo amazing!
jessy..we need to fight the wither storm..
The idea of Leaf becoming a recurring character is so funny to me because we truly would forget about his existence completely between every appearance. I would have the check the wiki just go remember who he is each time 😂
Squilf can’t jump or swim because she’s smol kitty. While Jesse is noodle leg kitty
I think It'll be fun to talk about Thrushpelt, he's a good character who is always kinda overlooked because of his one appearance as Bluefur's friend and/or love interest but I love it thay he takes in Bluefur's kits as his own, he is the bestest boy
Ooo Jessy's really interesting but could I suggest crookedstar again? He went through so much and still grew to become a wise powerful leader
Love how moonkitti's little ear swirls get farther and farther apart from her head as the video goes on
They should bring back Jessy and keep her as a "force of nature" who shows up to teach the protagonist a valuable lesson and then leaves. I want her to show up this arc, tell Frostpaw who killed Reedwhisker, and then vanish into the ether until her abilities are needed once more.
I would die laughing if Jessie came out of nowhere and revealed the whole mystery just like that 😂
she was actually the fourth cat and thats her power
So Rock?
Jessy: she's a cat
I would love a video on Crookedstar! He seemed to be a fan favorite back in the day, appearing at the top of all "Top 10 best Warrior cats Characters" videos I used to watch in 2013-2015. Nowadays he seems like a pretty forgotten character.
Jessy should come back only to marry Squirrelflight, perfect series finale /j
I say that Jessy and Squilf should have both just disregarded Bramblestar and fell in love with each other, but the authors are cowards and will never let me have canon lesbian battle cats
Seriously though that would be much better than witnessing the 18 1/2 relationship fights/breakups Squirrelfight and Bramblestar get into every arc 😒
DEFINITELY
saphic sass cats saphic sass cats saphic sass cats =D
Moon: This is a mini-talking video so I won’t be taking suggestions in this one
Comments: CAN YOU DO A VIDEO ABOUT-
Repeat after me: having two love interests does not make you a Mary Sue.
''bristlefrost, for being a girl''.
I’m not sure if she’s actually meant be perfect, keeping in mind that our point of view character is Bramblestar who’s blindly in love with her. there might be flaws that Bramble didn’t acknowledge or made excuses for? I hope this makes sense😅
moonkitti, can i just say i absolutely LOVE your voice and style of drawing silly little cats? thanks!
Hell yeah! Fresh moonkitti vid to watch with breakfast!
i honestly love jessy lol, always have. jessy/squirrelflight is real and true and beautiful
Onestar to Stargleam scale is brilliant. Inspired. Fantastic.
new talking video! didn't expect a video about Jessy
every couple of years i rewatch moonkitti videos and its very refreshing every time
Please tell me someone has written a fanfic where Jessy realizes how toxic Bramble is to Squilf and calls him out on it.
Mousefur
I ship her with Longtail
I think it could have been waaaaay more fun if Jesse stayed and did become mates with Bramblestar, idk could have been cool.
Can’t wait for Squirrelflight to die on her way to moonpool and for Jesse to magically materialize so Bramblestar can resume being leader of Thunderclan. /sarcastic
Clearsky went through two - three mates before Starflower did her character 180 and went to be with him. We can’t have high expectations, because the new team probably doesn’t know what we’re expecting.
Ah, Jayfeather being Jayfeather, classic
Also I'm sure I've stated this before but I've always subscribed to the Protectors of the Plot Continuum idea of a Mary Sue: A character (regardless of gender) whose abilities, relationships, etc make no sense within the context of the story. It will bend itself around the Sue to make them the center of attention even when unreasonable to do so, and any flaws or challenges they may face are merely cosmetic in nature and have no significant consequences.
It just bothers me whenever the term is thrown around willy nilly.
I think Squilf and Jessie should get over Bramblestar and just kiss each other
Remember everyone, squilff is short. Like moonkitti, moonkitti is the mother
when she left thunderclan i was like "OH SHES GONNA GO FIND SKYCLAN SO SHE'LL STILL BE AROUND!!" cause i knew skyclan came back in avos and shes like Specifically good at jumping and hunts birds then she didnt so, rip that idea
... this is cannon now ...
“It’s interesting and fun when girls are bad” just might be my new favorite moonkitti quote and i will live by it forever
I would love if you did a talking video about sandstorm! She’s my personal favorite and I think it would be fun to hear your opinions about her
I thought Jesse being a kittypet love interest to Bramblestar was mirroring Tigerstar and his relationship with Sasha after his exile and stuff.
And considering how Warrior Cats treats females, it doesn't surprise me they'd use this trope even without intending to
I would LOVE to hear about Berrynose! Weird, i know, BUT HEAR ME OUT!

Have not read this book but the way you draw Jessy makes me want to.
6:47 at this exact moment, I got an add.. I am not looking at my phone as I have it on for background noise. so all I hear is "for a character to be considered a Mary Sue, by me, I think that character needs to be- *Dramatic music* Nick Fury it appears you're not dead." 😂 I've never laughed so hard in my life
I kinda thought it would be cool if bramblestar and squirrelflight broke up, with bramblestar and Jessy becoming a couple, problem is, who would squirrelflight get with then? Ashfur was gone, and thanks to firestar and cloudtail, squirrelflight is related to everyone in Thunderclan.
Why does she even need one?
Why would she need to get with anyone? Let this woman be free
I don't know, it just be fun to ship her with another tom I think.
She didn’t give him the care at all and made him think that he should have died instead of finchkit because of that.
mini talking : stargleam was such a good episode
I think calling Jessy a mary sue is completely correct, shes framed as never being wrong, despite probably very wrong in some points. Also we can take her perfect fighting and perfect hunting as... Velvet. Velvet makes the idea of "well she could be good at that"and SHATTERS IT. Velvet is good at hunting and maybe fighting because she was a stray for a while, it was a necessary for her to live or she would actually die (and if Velvet dies the world dies), only a few kittypets could really do that, and its because
News flash
They hunt regularly (as a sport usually), or, they were taught by a parent, and Jessy has met absolutely none of those three requirements, shes just magically great at it.
Like heres the google definition for a mary sue
"type of female character who is depicted as unrealistically lacking in flaws or weaknesses."
That is literally Jessy, she is literally lacking in a large amount of flaws or weaknesses, and honestly, she has none
I think i have a stronger disdane for Jessy than past Moonkitti
eh that doesn't change the fact it's a bad term with a strong very strong misogynistic history and while you can argue until your blue in the face whether it fits her or not it's...best to put the term to rest. it's not even a good or helpful term even without that messy history attached because it lacks so much nuance that's needed for things like this. it should've stayed in the 2010s where it belongs let the thing die
@@meevins i disagree. i think of it as a term to describe a symptom of a mysogynistic view on women, rather than making women have strong character with nuance, they must be perfect at everything (particularly things considered important to masculinity like fighting and hunting)
or else the story should punish them for not being perfect, often by hurting them so that the protagonist can have an emotional moment. such as when squilf died so that bramble could have a brief change of heart, or starclan punishing leafpool for not being perfect, despite following vague orders from a starclan cat.
writers hear "we need strong female characters" and still dont write them as people, but in such a way that seems to 'make up' for them being female characters. hence mary sues are bad, but in the same way that coughing when you have the flue is bad, we should manage the symptom and treat it so we have energy (and the resources) to tackle the bigger issue
I think *Lionblaze* and *Cinderheart* and *ALL THEIR CHILDREN* are Mary Sues
Oh yes Jessy, the new Millie.
Jessy, while walking along some debris, almost falls in, and is only saved by Bramblestar quickly biting her scruff, so I’d say she can be arrogantly reckless depending on how you look at it, she does have an ego to an extent.

Gaty Stu is the male version of Mary Sue.
Screw Bramblestar!! Squilf and Jessy should have been the love interests
Jessy is introduced as older, having greyish hairs on her muzzle. I dont know where the idea that shes younger comes from, except for maybe her being fitter then squirrelflight in a scene or two. But if shes got grey hair shes probably much older then squilf and maybe older then bramble too.

I always thought mousewhisker and his riverclan thing would be a good video
I would love to see you talk about ravenwing from mapleshades vengeance, a medicine cat who read an omen wrong and got murdered by one of warrors most famous villains, Mapleshade. I think hes a super interesting character, died young. Got an omen wrong, and in general a cool character. Too bad people dont like him cause they are sruck in Mapleshades head.
i dont think he read it wrong (?) maybe that was starclan’s intent but i cant quite remember
where was it said that he read it wrong? also ravenwing admitted to mapleshade that he knew revealing her secret would put her children in danger and make their lives miserable yet he went ahead with it anyway, pretty sure that's [understandably] why people do not like him
I think he read the omen right, but most now believe that it was instead about the kits and Mapleshade being swept in the river? I don’t see how that’s possible but alright

I know you don't normally take suggestions on mini-talking videos, but could you do one on sorreltail? she's been my favorite warrior cats character for a long time and there's basically zero content of her tbh. she's just kinda.. in the background, only really used as a bodyguard for leafpool in the second Arc, but that's one of the reasons why I like her so much! from what we can see of her character, she's brave, reliable, motherly, and adventurous. which isn't saying alot for a warrior cats character, to be honest, but that leaves us with so much room to infer about her character! she could be literally whatever you want her to be, while at the same time still having a somewhat consistent character throughout her life
I hope it’s mousefur, like, reaaaaaly hope it’s mousefur. Liiiiiiiiiiiiike, reeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaalllllllly hope it’s mousefur. I should probably stop saying it. Also, Jessy was never my favorite live interest for Mr bramble boi, but I guess the authors were just like, “Here, let’s make a cat that bramble can love then not love because, oh yeah, Squilf is still there. Welpp🤷♀️”
