I think you can terrorshock the survivors while they’re on the train. You just hit them on the side they’re on.
Only mary's mirror can terror shock survivors out of the tram
Only special abilities can, like Mary’s mirror, Jack’s foggy blade, etc.

@@Naetherrfog blades can pass through a wall if you hit right on the wall, or did they patch it? they shouldn’t though because that’s the main feature of the fog blades.
