Sir, development length given by RCC consultant is for compression member (column)-45D and tension member i.e.(beam & slab) -56D so my query is for beam development length which one I should use.regards.

I watch your video only to clear my doubt about extra top bars at junction of main beam and secondary beam. As I know there is no need to provide top extra at junction because there is no negative bending moment at junction due to not any support at junction as column etc. specially for primary beam only resting bars needs to provide in bottom. or we can only provide extra bar in secondary beam.

Mera jo Footing tha wo Trapezoidal tha. Contractor ne pehle Simple footing ki tarah flat part ko cast kar diya, ab 1 din ke baad Slope cast kar raha hai. Aise karne se Trapezoidal footing ka strength kya bachega? Slope to ab Flat surface ke upar mix hoga nahi
